For the person that said this clinic is for active duty only and to do your homework that is very inaccurate. This clinic is for active duty but also for any dependent with Tricare prime. There is a very wonderful pediatrician on base and I have been seeing my primary for a little
Over a year. Is everyone always perfect? No but what medical office is? It’s not always easy to get a quick appointment and sometimes you have to wait on hold for quite a bit but they do the best they can. But it is MOST DEFINITELY for dependents as well as active duty.

Extremely understaffed. Nonfunctional pharmacy if you have to wait hours to fill a prescription. It’s not the employees fault. Obviously they need more people they have signs posted saying they are understaffed. I wonder why this is but it needs to be fixed. This is not acceptable.

Most of the people that left negative feedback here are completely ignoring the fact that the Corpsman and Doctors here are all over-worked, under-paid and are on active duty giving them completely FREE health care. This clinic is for active duty people only, NOT their families. This is NOT the place for you to take your sick kid or your grandpa, etc. This clinic exists on base to take care of active duty personnel only that are stationed in this area. Just because you have a TRICARE plan as a military dependent or retiree does not entitle you to use this clinic. Read your plan details, do your homework and get your heads out of the clouds and come back down to reality people.

I used to love this pharmacy. Although they are always very nice they have no urgency to complete any prescriptions whatsoever. I should not be waiting over an hour for one medication. Nobody has time to sit at the pharmacy for two hours.

This place is amazing. I personally love that 95% of the time when I call I get Theresa. She is sooooo great and it is so comforting to hear her voice. This woman for surely doesn't know me but I feel like we should be friends with how often I am calling the clinic to be seen myself or when I am in worried Mom mode and am making a last minute apt for my daughter. I adore this woman and I really hope she knows how much I appreciate her and all that she does. She has so much compassion and genuine care in her voice. Theresa is very reassuring. Also I am always able to be seen promptly which I appreciate greatly, being a worker in the civilian world it isn't hardly ever like that. Thank you everyone else at the clinic for all you do. Keep up the great work in caring for us enlisted. Retired and family.

Dr. Pham is the single worst excuse for a mental health professional I have ever dealt with. She is exemplary of every way that Navy mental health is failing its sailors. She needs to find another job. Any other job.

Accompanied my dad to the pharmacy to pick up his meds. His RX refills were called in 3 days prior. We were given a pickup time of 1pm. 2p we were still waiting. When we inquired as to how much longer, the response of the pharmacy staff member was very flippant. Veterans should be treated with more respect. Very shameful.
