I've always had great success here and have been treated with respect and dignity. Amazing staff. Unfortunately, sometimes they are slow and behind because of the abundance of patients and short staff.

Hospital is for lack a better words dog water, family medicine cancels appointments without reason and doesnt really care about why you need to see a doctor. even if you just need a prescription refill for somthing simple like insulin and will reschedule you for another month out. calling in is pretty much impossible as all the phones just go to hold for the entire duration of lunch and then when you do contact someone its basically figure it out yourself or your doctor needs to put in a request. luckily there urgent care will acctually try and help you.

I really do like the Naval Hospital, they have always been good to my family and very helpful. The family practice for us has been spot on for 40 years. I like the views and the comfort of the waiting rooms. I know that some think the wait is long for many things but if you consider the number of people they see it is really not bad. Coming on Saturday for pharmacy is really your best bet, lobby opens at 7:30 and windows open at 8:00. The parking is very good and they have great customer service. Just think if you don't like the provider and they are Military they will transfer soon.

Out of all the military hospitals that we've been to, Bremerton Naval is the absolute worst. Been trying to get a referral a scan for a month now. I've called four different times to check on the referral or to have the nurse practitioner call me back and she hasn't. Nobody seems to know what's going on, the communication over there is horrific. I give this Hospital an F-

My providers: Mary Miller and Mr. Davis are amazing. I did have a bit of a hard time with one of the nurses when I went for mental health and she got all religious on me but Mary was very supportive and even helped me through the panic attack that followed. Both of my providers shared their long history of experience in the medical field and I feel very safe in their hands. My son's providers Standaert and Crezensi (sp) are also wonderful and very experienced and Crezensi has contributed a lot to the inclusion of autistic people and the education of others about autism. Apart from that one nurse, all my other nurses and clinicians have been helpful and kind. All of our referrals have been submitted in a timely manner. I'm excited that we've got some good people on our side at this location. And what a location, the views from the waiting rooms are breath taking if you are into lakes and forests and mountains, which I am. Also, if you needing specialty care, don't hesitate to ask for a referral down to the Army Hospital at Tacoma, they have over 50 specialty clinics in their medical mall that we have access to as well. So four stars because of that one nurse, but other than that our experience has been good.

Went here a lot as a kid (naval brat). Not sure if I would recommend it, although it was cheap/free. When I got old enough and switched providers, I realized that this hospital isn't great.

1. When I was a teen, I was losing hair and my scalp was incredibly irritated. The doctor at the Naval Hospital basically told me it was nothing. When I went to my new provider, they instantly recognized it and they correctly diagnosed me with seb derm and gave me an Rx shampoo that completely resolved all my problems.

2. I had two ingrown toenails as a kid (I now realized they were caused by my shoes). Instead of telling me to get new shoes, they instead just removed the nail and cauterized the nailbed, so it wouldn't grow back. Not sure why that was recommended by the Naval Hospital.

Been going here since I was a kid. Started having periods issues at age 12 that cause passing out, extreme pain, and vomiting every month. I went in a few times and the doctor told me I should go get pregnant at age 14. Then when I insisted that something was wrong and that I was a teenager they gave me a sugar pill. Literally ended up in the ER in a different county showed them the "hormone control pill" and was told it wasn't a real medication and just a sugar pill. Didn't get birth control until age 17 from my new pcp at this hospital. Not to mention wait time are terrible.
