Going to see Naydu is like a double spa day and then some. I have never felt such peacefulness in my own mind and body. And it’s that way every single time I go. My body and brain stretch, bend, release and give so they can heal. The complimentary infrared sauna session at the end is just a nice little healing treat as well. Go as often as you can and watch the differences. You have absolutely nothing to lose

I waited a little while to post this review because I wanted to be able to provide the best review possible, and I am glad I did. Just when I think my situation couldn't be better and Nadu has provided me the most relief possible, she steps it up, and my next visit is even better. I have chronic back pain from a fall from a horse and a workplace injury years after that. I had no idea how much my back pain was impacting my body. I was to the point where I couldn't breathe properly. Every breath felt like it wasn't enough. I have so many issues in my back that it took a while to get there, but one day, Nadu hit the spot, and it felt like an elephant was removed from my chest. I could take deep breaths and feel relieved and satisfied. I could finally get enough air. It was an instant feeling. Not only that, but I am moving better. I have more energy. I have more motivation. I feel like I can keep up with my foster daughter. That is the other part of my review. I have been bringing my infant foster daughter to Nadu for healing as well. The changes I see in her are stunning. She used to be so tight and tense that she would curl backward. Think the opposite of the fetal position, with her back arched as much as possible and her head thrown as far back as she could. She also has constant constipation and gut issues. After working with Nadu, she is so much more relaxed. She will now sleep on her stomach, starfish like in the center of her crib. She stretches out and is more relaxed. She also has better and more consistent bowel movements. There is still work to go on both of us, but I can not recommend Nadu enough. Her hands literally work miracles.

Naydu has helped our baby so much! We were having issues with latching because of cheek, tongue, and lip ties. Naydu showed us some techniques to help relieve the tightness and the latch has gotten much better.

I LOVE Nadyu’s Wellness! I had “undiagnosable” glute pain for 5 months and saw 5 different healthcare providers…Orthopedic spine doctor, orthopedic muscle & skeletal doctor, pain doctor, physical therapist and finally saw Nadyu, Myofascial pain release therapist. After 3 visits with her, I’m feeling some relief at last. I have every confidence her gentle touch will give me powerful healing. I told my husband she has healing hands. I recommend Naydu and her therapist to anyone in need of relief from the physical distress so many of us face. Past injury, trauma, stress..all take a toll on our physical well-being, ultimately creating pain, tension, and discomfort. The team here really helped my body get thru surgeries and treatment after my cancer diagnosis. What a blessing it was to have such support during a time when my body was adjusting to so much change.
I still continue to get myofascial therapy for both myself and young son. Ive sent other family and friends here and all have reported back with less pain and immediate benefits. A place that takes an integrative approach, helps this much, and takes insurance..it's a game changer!

I walked in with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders that had been causing tension headaches. Naydu was very kind and her treatment was gentle but oh so effective. I walked out of her office feeling like spaghetti. My body was so relaxed and the tension was gone. 100% recommend her!!!

Naydu is wonderful! Her therapy is extremely effective. I experienced debilitating muscle spasms in my upper back and within 2 visits, they were alleviated. Further visits were necessary to maintain the progress. I highly recommend this treatment.
