Stay away, was told in hospital while holding my newborn that neb said one particular pump was covered by my insurance. Turns out it was not. I called NEB and the lady said i should have read my plan documents because it says right on page 69 pumps not covered. Mailed them a check for the "non covered price" they offer. They cashed the check same day they text us saying our bill is past due. Got another past due notice in mail dated 5 days after they cashed check saying they will add charge if isnt paid.

Thanks NEB for turning the enjoyment of my new baby into this. State ethics will get a report.

Amazing customer service! I was struggling to find someone who accepted my husbands insurance for a breast pump. I called them and they were so easy to work with. I talked to them on a Tuesday and my pump was delivered on Thursday 2 days later! I will recommend to everyone!!!! Sarah was a pleasure to work with!

From start to finish this place was absolutely amazing to work with. I ordered a breast pump with them through my insurance and they handled everything for me! Once they received the prescription from my OB office, they shipped immediately and it was at my door within a week! I can't say enough good things about them.

Would give "0" stars if I could. This company refused to submit the upcharge for the breast pump to my insurance company for processing. I knew that the insurance would pay for it even it "wasn't part of their contract". When I got my insurance company and Neb on the phone together, the rep at Neb (Jodi I believe her name was) was very rude when all I was doing was asking questions to better understand what was going on. I took my losses and paid the $50 so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore.

Sarah was a pleasure to speak with over the phone, so if you do have to call this company, request to speak with her.

WARNING!! This company is fraudulent! Once you call their number they’ll ask for your email. Send you a email saying that they’ll contact your insurance company to see if you qualify etc. While on the phone the receptionist will request you to reply to that email with your personal information. The representative will say that someone will call you back the next day. When someone calls you the next day they’ll make sure they’re speaking to you, ask for your birthday and then tell you it’s nothing they can do until you contact your insurance company and get a reference number. Which isn’t necessary. I checked with my insurance company. Be aware when doing business with them.

I am a new customer with Neb, I am expecting my replacement parts tomorrow. I spoke with two customer service reps and both of them were very kind and patient, answering my questions and not trying to "sell" me something. I have dealt with another medical supply store in Brookfield and the lady I spoke with there was the pushiest CSR I have ever encountered, she must make a commission on each part she "sells". That is why I decided to try Neb and so far I am very happy. I also like the free next day shipping.! Thank you Jodi and Sarah for being so nice and so helpful.!

They called us in the hospital and said a breast pump would be "covered by insurance." 2 months later we get a bill for $100. They say "covered by insurance" just means there's no co-pay. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Complete scam.
