I had never visited the clinic before, but took my Grandson for a visit today. I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness of EVERYONE. He was treated by Austin Steppy, PA who was very helpful and spent time to answer all of our questions with a professional and caring attitude.

Have an appointment at 8:00 am at Paulding office Fort Wayne ,Indiana doors are not open 7:58 am it cold outside and they have not open the doors. On February 25 , 2025 I was told that I would have to pay what ever my insurance does not cover for my partials up front. I was very disappointed after 2 mouths of trying to find out what my next step was for getting the partials. I only get a monthly check and they said you can not make payments this is a clinic I thought they would be more helpful with low income families. They should have told me all of this before they worked on my mouth. You could of explain to me what your procedure is when it comes to getting partials if your insurance does cover everything but you did not. I could have found a Dentist that would work with me. I'm so Disappointed with what I have been through I tried making a complaint about not being able to talk to someone but they never got back to me I tried for 2 months no response 😔 I'm Disappointed yet again with Neightborhood Dental Today April 1, 2025 I found out that I have to pay 1,500.00 to them before I can get my parcel in, my Check for Social Security is not that much a month I wish I had found all of this out before I let them pull a tooth or before I let them work on my mouth I should have did research now the teeth that I do have will continue to come down from the top

I was refered to neighborhood health clinique for my primary doctor and after 7 years of unsatisfactory care they hit the ground running with bloodwork and theripy referals to the specialists i needed ive needed to diagnose my condition after wich i received the care to relive the pain ive been enduring for so many years my health is better since ive been in there care dr morman and nursing staff is profecional and effective i would refer my family and friends who dont feel there primary health care isnt helping them to reach out and try this institution as it has changed my life

NHC is truly a godsend. They fill an enormous vacuum in our community. The staff could work anywhere, yet they choose to work here providing world class care to people who need it the most. Amazing!

Dental clinic was great 👍 Affordable sliding fee based on income . Very skilled care by hygienist and dentist with a good care plan for repairing damaged teeth 🙂

They were all very pleasant with me and I absolutely love my Dentist, she is absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to get into vision now. You will love coming here to. Wonderful experience.

I had a medical emergency over the weekend and NH was recommended to me since I am uninsured and self- pay whenever I have health issues. Kelly Timbrook, NP and the support staff were all kind and courteous. My only issue was the treatment rooms are not soundproof and others may hear confidential and personal information.
