I was diagnosed with a meningioma tumor back in 2019. Now it’s 2025 and they refuse to give me an MRI I know it’s slow growing but it should be monitored I have a right to know if it’s grown any I have severe headaches dizziness vertigo and they keep saying it’s migraines you’ll be okay. This is wrong I should have another MRI just to see if it’s grown any!!! They refuse to address the issue.

This place went to he11 in a hand basket. I became a patient at this location last fall. Had a lovely, personable, responsive doctor and the support staff was awesome. That doctor went to another hospital this past spring. Then this location was acquired by another company. Since then, I have never seen the same doctor twice. I had had appointments "lost" due to changes in the computer systems. I have had to call back several times to get prescriptions refilled. Everything is chaos. Healthcare is hard enough without incompetence layered on top.

Went in for doctors note because I’m sick. Been experiencing migraines. MIGRAINES. No note received, just go to work you’ll be fine? Try not to get anyone else sick doctor suggests.

I love how quickly I can get in to see someone here (within a week or two rather than months) and how knowledgeable and helpful the doctors are. You do have to see someone new every 1-3 years as doctors graduate and move on, but all of mine have done an excellent job of matchmaking me to a new person every time, and the new doctor always catches up on my health info very quickly (which is impressive since I have a number of chronic conditions). Staff is also receptive to my requests that my care team wear a mask while working with me.

This used to be a good doctors office going here for a long time and now it switched over to neighborhood health clinic that’s a joke so far they forgot about me when I was there for four hours waiting on my appointment so I had to reschedule and they’re not a different doctor Because my doctor is not working on Mondays anymore, which is fine another appointment then they canceled so OK so I made another appointment for my diabetic check up Get in there and get all the paperwork filled out and they get me mixed up with a different patient so I have to reschedule again once I did the new doctor that I seen said I don’t even know why you even come here you should go somewhere else I recommend that you go to a different doctors office and get seen somewhere else. You shouldn’t be getting seen here if you’re diabetic. because we are a training doctors office I said well I’ve been coming over here for the last 15 years. You should’ve never been here. I said well OK the doctor said the same thing to my wife after they messed up her stuff per her information and some other patient file plus she had to do it all over again and now they want us to pay money to get there never had to pay the co-pay before in 15 years since it switched over to neighborhood health clinic it’s going downhill so we are not going back. We have a different doctors office. Thank you neighborhood health clinic for ruin my doctors office , I was happy there for a long time but not more since the new doctor you guys have me seen didn’t want me there anyways or my wife so we will not be back

Update: The practice was taken over by Neighborhood Health Clinic and is now hot garbage.

Original review which was 5 stars : I've been going here a couple of years now. It's a teaching practice, so your physician will be a doctor completing a 3 year residency. The first doctor I had was aloof and didn't listen to anything I was saying so I couldn't get the treatment I needed, so I switched off of his service. The second doctor was just dangerous due to his complete incompetence in pharmacology so I switched again. The third doctor was great (Dr. Matthew Wells) he's since moved on to his own practice, after which I was put into Dr. Yekaterina Afonina's care and I couldn't be happier with being switched over to her; she's competent and she really listens to what you're saying, I've found that combination difficult to find in the medical field.

The great thing about a practice like this is you have people who have just finished medical school and have just learned all of the latest info, with older doctors you have to hope they're staying current and reading medical journals. Another plus is if you're not satisfied with your doctor you can easily switch to another and they have plenty of residents.

I'll comment on nurses too since they were mentioned in a review. All of the nurses I've had have been great; professional, courteous, affable. No complaints here

If you're okay with having a doctor that you'll only have for 3 years max then this is a great place, but if you're looking for a doctor that you'll see for 20 years or more who'll be completely familiar with your medical history (which is a great thing to have) then this is not going to be a great fit, at least in the long term.

A nurse actually named Karen shamed me for having depression at my age, despite knowing nothing about me or what I've been through. It was so degrading. The actual physician however was great. No complaints there. Still I feel compelled to leave so I never have to see that ignorant nurse again.

Called to come in for lasting gi issues. The receptionist asked if I'm throwing up on purpose because "in my picture I look thin" (asking if I'm bulimic) I said no. Saw the nurse, who borderline interrogated me to see if I'm "trying to lose weight" or "doing this on purpose" saw Dr Meyers, who also asked me multiple times if I'm "trying to lose weight" that's insulting. It doesn't make sense for someone to come in for illness if they're doing it on purpose.
