I went to see my primary doctor and have a dr. Appointment. I don’t really appreciate it at front desk and it’s saying that she don’t see my appointment. I have her to speak with my primary doctor about my schedule and told her that I can’t reschedule. Waste my time and blank over for nothing. My answer is no. I already called her to make my schedule. I don’t understand at all. My primary is a wonderful doctor who is very patient with me. I want to make sure to have front desk staff in the computer for scheduling. Period.

This is the only location where I have an appointment and still wait for over an hour. I had to ask to be checked in for appointment since the front desk worker was watching videos on her phone so intently she didn’t notice us walk in or stand there for a few minutes. No one is perfect however when my child rightfully was over waiting in a holding room for an hour and became antsy (whining etc nothing over the top) then they shut the door. I politely ask how much longer and was told “your next”. Waited almost 2 hours with an appointment… efficiency isn’t heard of here

Listen to the reviews! I didn't and regret it.

I ended up an NMC because they were the only ones with a psychiatrist in Tallahassee who was taking new patients but you have to see one of their primary care medical practitioners before. I asked for an MD and got an ARPN. I did get the referral for psychiatry and Dr. Delgado is FANTASTIC. But the front staff are not.

They do not answer the phone here. I thought "it's been two years surely they've fixed things" nope. The reviews from years ago are still accurate. You'll have to go in to schedule an appointment or change it. I have not had this problem with the Brevard location.

I would rate a 5 because of Dr. Mendoza and the other staff members in the back. Dr. Mendoza is very kind and really cares about her patients, as well as the others. We really love her! She is the only reason I’ve stayed with this place!

On the other hand; the medical receptionists get an 1 star because they are very rude and unkind! I hate having to deal with them, I’ve been hung up on, they answer the phone and put you straight on hold (without saying a word) and will leave you on hold forever. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes trying to reschedule so I won’t be a no call, no show!

It’s sad, people come in sick and needing to be seen! It cost you NOTHING to be kind and respectful when dealing with the public, especially sick people! More training is needed!

I have seen Dr. Lang on different occasions for the past 2 years. His professionalism and competency skills should set the bar for dental care across the country. He is always welcoming and willing to help. If I didn’t know any better, I would think this was his practice with how diligent he runs things and the care he exudes. To compliment his care, is his Dental assistant (Masood) who has an extensive medical background with the military and various countries abroad. The two truly make up a dynamic duo.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE reviews I would. Ghetto low class ratchet and unprofessional. First they had me waiting a month for a referral to have my wisdom teeth removed. That’s right I sat and suffered with swollen thudding gums with a month waiting on them. They tried to hone my insurance when in reality they never sent it. When I came inside for a cleaning and to get the referral situated they tell me it’s a several hour wait. What’s the point of setting an appointment just to have someone wait for over an hour ? The big round portly women had a very careless attitude and I’ll never be back. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. I found another dental office and haven’t looked back since.

The Doctors are good people , the front desk staff are good for nothing as many other comments have stated. When calling to get an appointment you will get voicemail every time and you will die waiting for a return call. Unbelievable disrespect and unprofessional procedure for a Medical Facility and when I complained about this I was treated with attitude and more disrespect.
