No. Three NPs and can’t see doctor anymore, no DMTs for two years…drag along visits and keep charging us for them over and over without action. No. Go somewhere else.

This practice and Marissa Casillo NP totally changed my life. If you had told me a few years ago that I could be mostly migraine-free I wouldn't have believed you. There are so many new meds that didn't exist even a few years ago and Marissa is so kind, caring, and empathetic. She really listens to your concerns and works to find a plan that works for you. If all providers were like her, the world would be a better place. It took some trial and error with the meds but I am the most pain-free I've been since I started getting migraines 20 years ago. The office staff is wonderful too. I had an insurance issue with one of my meds and they solved it and got my rx renewed in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend this practice and Marissa specifically.

Best move I ever made in my life for my care & my illness was changing & trusting my care to Dr.Napoli & all the other Neuros at the Neurology Center . I live in R.i. and was treated there from my initial dx for 8 years & was always leaving the Dr .office in tears..felt scared...I was truly suffering with no options or solutions til Dr.Napoli! If there's hope it's because of this office!!

I’ve been going to Neurology Center of New England for several years now. I see Marissa Casillo, NP for my migraines. I finally found medicine that works and works fast. Dr Napoli and his staff are very caring and thorough. Highly recommend this practice.

Left 6 messages with accounting over a bal.due bill. They never responded but sent out a bill with a remit payment address in Tx. Tx. Has never heard of us and had to put a stop pay on the check.
Still receiving computerized voice mails about payment. Getting NO where.

Cara and Dr Taylor have been great to work with. Both are incredibly thorough and I have never felt rushed. Dr. Taylor was the first doctor to ever give me true answers after years of being misdiagnosed/undiagnosed.

Patients leaving a voicemail and/or message with answering service do not get return calls. Apparently patients that join portal can communicate with office staff but those that don't can't.
