I have had bad experiences here in the past. This time takes the cake for sure. These people here are not friendly. As soon as you check in they take your copay. Literally everyone leaves including the person that took your money. My appointment was at 430 I was here at 405. It is currently 5:22 I’m left sitting here. I tried calling saying the office is closed. They leave people that have appointments that already checked in in the waiting room and go home? I’m very disappointed with this place.

I've received excellent treatment and service for nearly two years by Anurag Bansal, CNP, Dominique, RN and the entire staff at the Neurology Services At BMC office. I'm actually shocked and saddened by the experience others have had. I'd give them more than 5 stars, if I could. Please keep up the good work, team!

Dr. Was very rude didn't want to answer questions to my husband with a broken back.we definitely where treated like we where a disease. Horrible bedside manner. I am being nice by given a star . But hubby care wasn't good during after his accident,and don't ask the Dr. Questions he will eighter give you attitude or not respond. While you in his room have a appt.horrible go somewhere else.

You could be on your last breath and this office won’t answer a phone to save your life. Do better for people. Over 4 hours on hold with no option for call back or to leave a message. Your well being is not recognized here. Just your dollars and numbers!

Patients are not the priority here. Just try to get the office to schedule any procedures for you. At this point I have called five times. Still no help. I’m in tears. Between calling the hospital, then the office, back and forth, back and forth, repeating the same information, and getting NOWHERE in two months. I’m beyond livid.

Reschedule an appointment I already waited on for four months for another five months later. When I complained, the operator hung up on me. The letter was sent with a new appointment date, with no explanation that the appointment has been rescheduled. The people doing rescheduling, are as rude as can possibly be.

Only go here if you like to be treated like a NUMBER and not a patient. They call to "confirm" an appointment but DO NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT!!!
