I just received a text my appointment was canceled because the doctor decided to go on vacation, and if I want to reschedule (like it's some kind of a privilege to be seen by them or something? ) it won't be until September!!!...It's February 10, and I booked this appointment HALF A YEAR AGO!!!!!!!! Someone there needs to get off that Crack!

I hope the doc has a wonderful vacation. I also pray nothing happens to me when I run out of my meds that I was going to get refilled upon my visit, while I'm looking for a new COMPETENT doctor and organization who will hopefully see me soon. If something does happen to me while trying to find a new COMPETENT doctor and organization to refill my prescriptions, that responsibility will fall on GNBHC.

I usually see woman’s health but understandably they couldn’t see me today so I was told I could go home and continue doing what I was over the counter or go to urgent care boy what that a bull show I get there wait over an hour to be seen then I get told well I was seen at woman’s health and they wouldn’t see or treat me which I sat agin until 130 pm from 1020 am the notes they read incorrectly thankfully I went back to woman’s health and told them what happened I ended up having a panic attack in the process of all this ! Finally I was seen by J.Read what an awesome person she is she listened to me evaluated me I have taken a second dose of antibiotics and I’ve broke out in a sweat and my head has stopped hurting and feel a little bit better I knew something was wrong as I wasn’t feel well at this point for 7/8 days I just think this place is being run wrong and it’s terrible to just say that to someone and treat them that way ! Period we are human beings I am currently in the process of trying to find a new provider as this place has gone way down hill since Dr Weber left . Ironically that’s how I started going there I met her when she was covering urgent care many yrs ago I honestly think as I said to her when u lose sight of what ur there for or who u are as a provider it’s time to move on and maybe few months later she announced her leaving so sad . I’m so frustrated with how I was treated today I hope this never happens again or to anyone else

Dr Tahn Win was very unprofessional and disrespectful towards a resident of mine . Her lack of compassion and communication was such a surreal experience . We have since moved to a new doctors office .

Excellent ppl & place. I have been coming here since 1993/1994. Starting with Dr.Miller. She was the very best (RIP). I’ve watched this place grow over time to be a one stop shop place. Excellent service. Dr care, labs, blood work, X-rays, dental, eye dr, pharmacy. All in one place very convenient. Kid drs and all. The staff there are all amazing. They’re so supportive and helpful. I’ve never met one person there that I didn’t like or didn’t feel comfortable with. There just a really excellent group of people who will go above n beyond to help you with both physical and financial help. It really is great place. Dr Miller had big dreams for this place and she’d be proud to see how much it’s accomplished over the yrs. I hope this place stays for many,many years ahead. 🥰🙏🙏

Dental cleaning done too fast. I had a couple hygienists who never disclosed that I had pockets in my gums which caused me to have bone loss and a loss of a few teeth. I ended up having periodontal disease. I have no fillings cavities. I brush and floss with a water pic and I am vigilant when it comes to my teeth. I'm upset that the hygienists hurry you out with no advice. I ended up paying thousands for dental care plus implants! Will never go for my cleanings there again!

I had my first experience with this health center while looking for a new PCP and also a specialist. I was able to easily get set up with both (of course the PCP was booking 9 months out for the physical but that’s the way of the world these days) but the specialist had a cancellation and I was able to see her the same day I called, which is generally unheard of when you’re a brand new patient! I am so thankful I found this office. Everyone from the greeter, receptionist, scheduler and the provider were caring and helpful. I felt like they took the time to make sure I was getting the care I needed. I feel lucky to have this health center right where I live and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This place for 15 years, never issues. Felt like they care. Now they don’t care. It’s how many we can get in the door. I go there regularly and they would always say when vaccines are do. Now! They don’t ask. They don’t care.
