From the time Victoria provided me with the all inclusive pricing, to the work she did with the surgeon verifying I was a candidate for the surgery before EVER paying a penny out of pocket, to the surgery center and after, was a top notch experience. I'm so glad that I found patient assist for my gallbladder surgery. When you are not insured it can be overwhelming knowing you need to have a surgery. The up front pricing transparency and guarantee from Patient Assist through New Choice Health was wonderful. You never know what kind of crazy bill you might get if you go to the hospital so even though my pain was excruciating I waited to schedule surgery. I'm glad I did I know I saved thousands and thousands of dollars doing it like this. And I felt cared for and I felt like I had an advocate and someone who could help me figure things out along the way. But the process was very straightforward. If you are considering using this service for surgery I highly recommend it.

disclaimer: I did not follow with my procedure that I had scheduled with Patient Assist (this was because my personal situation changed, nothing against Patient Assist).

I was very happy with the service & support, pricing was very fair and all-inclusive. It is nice to have all-inclusive pricing, so no surprises which is nice. The doctor they recommended me to, was near my home and look well qualified. When I have the need I will come back to Patient Assist.

Also, when I had to cancel my procedure they actually refunded my deposit right away, which was super cool

Exceptionally helpful care through Patient Assist (New Choice Health). I was able to get a successful hernia surgery for 1/3 the cost, PLUS pay one bill, instead of the myriad of bills that seem to be the norm with "typical" health care services. Previous healthcare experience has shown that reading charges for services is confusing at best. Even with our untrained eye, we were able to find errors in our traditional healthcare billing, leading us to wonder what else we were missing. My son needed meniscus repair surgery and we had no insurance. The cost from the local Orthopedic group and hospital were astronomical. So, I started searching and researching and came across New Choice Health patient assist. I checked them out the best I could and decided to contact them.

I worked with Victoria and could not be happier. She worked with me through the entire process, answered lots of questions and explained how everything worked. We scheduled the surgery through New Choice Health with Dr Absi using the Perimeter Surgery Center and were very pleased with both. Victoria handled everything, we didn't have to worry about anything other than showing up. Dr Absi is excellent and I would have not problems recommending him. The Perimeter Surgery Center was excellent as well, everyone was friendly and the surgery went off without any issues.

We are 2+ months out and still very pleased with New Choice Health and especially Victoria and the way she works with clients. She follows up during the process to ensure things are going as expected and goes above an beyond to see how my son is doing. He is well on his way to full recovery after a very successful and affordable surgery.
