I didn't know what to expect at first when I made my appt. I originally made the appt because I had just turned 40 and couldn't lose weight as I normally would be able to.
Tricia was welcoming and made me feel so comfortable to the point I felt like I had known her for years. She was very informative and sat with me as long as needed without feeling rushed. After getting my labs back a few weeks later, we chatted on the phone and came up with some solutions. After my second in person meet with her, things showed I was going in the right direction. I can't wait for my next follow up.
I highly reccomend Tricia and this office to anyone who needs nutrition or weight loss advice without the sugar coating.

I have been a patient with Dr. Keroack for well over a year now, and he has been nothing but incredible. The combination of knowledge, passion for functional medicine, and desire to truly help his patients succeed in whatever their desires are makes him the best doctor by far I’ve ever had. I really do love coming to see him, and I always walk out of the office with so much respect for the progress we’ve made together, and will continue to make in the future in regards to functional medicine, the person I want to be, my goals, and my health. In addition, the staff is so professional, so polite, and so helpful with absolutely everything.

****REVISED REVIEW**** I saw Dr. Keroak a short while ago. He greeted me and I brought a book with me about Fibromyalgia that the author recommend taking to a doctor to try to figure this awful condition out. As soon as I showed him the book, he got an attitude with me.

***I want to add that Dr. Keroak did apologize to me. Everyone has a bad day now and then. Because I had seen him years before, I have certainly seen a much nicer, kinder doctor in him.
Everyone has a bad day once in a while and I think I caught him on one. He is human. He apologized and I think that is all I could ask for.

Dr. Keroack is an outstanding practitioner who listens well, communicates clearly and bases his recommendations on science. His staff is courteous, kind, efficient, and available which makes dealing with his office a pleasure. They have all been a great help to me.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kerouc now for about two years and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. You can tell, he is a doctor who really cares about the health and well being of his patients. In every appointment, he and his PA Brent have taken the time to sit and discuss with me the necessary things to enhance my quality of life. Since starting at New England center for functional medicine my diet has improved and I feel better mentally and physically. We are very lucky to have Dr. K in western mass!

I saw Dr. Keroack and on my first visit, he diagnosed me with SIBO without doing any testing. He then said he has a special regimen that would get rid of the SIBO and that if I paid for it that day, it would be 1/2 off but that if I don’t buy it that day, the price jumps and it would be double the price. That was the first red flag I missed. I did the regimen for a month alongside recurring appointments with his assistant Brent. I kept getting worse and worse after starting his regimen and every time I’d tell his office, they’d tell me it takes time. When I wrote the Dr a letter explaining how disappointed I was, he wrote back that he was sorry. I’ll never go to this doctor again. His treatments did nothing but make my condition worse. He took my money and did so at my most vulnerable time by enticing me with 1/2 off the price. RUNNNNN!!!

Dr. K has changed my life! I have been his patient for over a year now. When I first saw him I was suffering from a laundry list of issues that no other doctor would help me with. They constantly dismissed me or gave me meds that didn’t help. I have been a tough and mysterious case to crack but Dr. K has worked really hard with me and actually sorted out all of my health issues! I feel like a normal person for the first time in my life. My whole family sees him now. We thank you so much Dr. K!

Unless you have the right insurance, they won't treat you or take you as a patient. They won't take masshealth or medicare so poor people need not apply. Just like traditional medicine, money is more important than people. But they apologized to me on the phone so that makes everything alright. Disgusting!
