Great experience. Called an hour before the closed and they were able to deliver the nebulizer 34 minutes after. And set up was quick and very well explained. Dustin Miller was the guy and her was absolutely amazing. Very polite and let me know when he was on his way and gave me an accurate arrival time to what he said over the phone.

The check-in was very difficult for most people. The instructions were not clear. The person at the desk was not familiar with the check-in process because it was not her usual position. We all had to wait for the instructor to complete check-in. The class was well done. The instructor was very helpful and clear and made everyone comfortable.

The air compressor I was using stopped putting out air, even when we put it up to the highest rating. Called the office, explained what was happening and they sent a technician and all new equipment, and within 1hr of my call. I cannot say enough about this company, “they went above and beyond to ensure that I had oxygen and in the smallest amount of time.

My mother was very quickly overcome by stage four cancer. We have a set of extremely steep stairs in our house and the bathroom is on the main floor. It was excruciating for her to go up and down. Having the bed delivered and set up, even at hour was a God sent to us. Our delivery man was amazing and kind and explained everything. I could not recommend this company more highly. They are making a terrible situation so much easier on all of us. But most importantly easier on my mother who is already suffering. If I Could give them more than five stars I would.
