3 stars because they do deliver the medication on time every week. But I’m removing 2 stars because #1- our old company delivered two weeks worth at once and NELC only does week to week and #2- the calls are OBNOXIOUS! They call every week and I have no idea what the point is, asking questions that have 0 relevancy to their job of mixing and mailing the medication. My child’s weight is irrelevant. They ask every flipping week. Like what the heck our doctor only weighs him once a month? They go down a whole list of his meds every time despite my saying NOTHING HAS CHANGED. None of this is relevant for NELC - our doctor and our oncology clinic has it handled. All NELC has to do is fill the prescription our oncologist has sent. That’s it! Everything else is irrelevant. What are you doing with this information? Changing his dosages? No I would hope not lol. Our doctor has this info and makes the prescription out accordingly.

They need to implement an online portal system where people can manually fill out these questions. If I miss a call because I’m HOMESCHOOLING THREE CHILDREN ALL DAY EVERY DAY- NELC will call me every hour until I answer. It’s maddening! Like seriously it drives me nuts. I’ve had to put my phone on do not disturb because of it! I can’t just sit on the phone sometimes I have things to do.

I've been with New England Life Care for almost a year now. I only go through them for my infusions not nursing, but they are amazing. My pump was messed up two nights in a row and they made a delivery at midnight. The nurses are awesome that are on call at night and super willing to help. Walk you through all the steps. Ordering is so easy, Michelle is the one that calls me every week and she is the nicest human. Kelly the dietician I have is also amazing. I'm so highly impressed with the delivery services, nurses, delivery people, and the customer service all around. Highly recommend using them if you can!

This is an amazing infusion pharmacy with wonderful people who actually call you to see how you are doing after an infusion. They take notes and inform the prescribing doctor of any issues from the infusions. I am so impressed with the weekly check ins, making sure I have all of my supplies, and sending out new meds on the day that they say it is coming. Once they even sent a courier to deliver a few supplies that had been missed in the initial mailing. I am grateful for them. I know that if I have an issue I can call them and actually speak to a human being. It is refreshing. They are always polite, kind, and helpful. Thank you so much for helping to make this process a bit easier.

Wish i could give this company 0 stars!!!! They will accuse you of having too many bags of TPN to avoid the pharmacy team getting in trouble for mixing too many bags!!! They will harass you if you don’t fill out the paperwork the minute you get the email!!! Have all voicemails and missed called screenshoted!!!! Then they will call your prescribing dr and make it that the patient isn’t complying with NELC when in fact that patient has noted every phone call and what not! It’s very hard to not be stressed trying to work with a company like NELC. Had I known how they were I would have chose a different company or different treatment.
They leave the equipment in front of the door where no one can even get to unlock the door. That’s a big no no as what If there was a fire and someone needed to get out in a hurry u can’t with six boxes stacked high in front of door.
I don’t suggest this company to anyone!!!!

Just had care and meds provided for a month of at-home IV infusion from this company. My experience was nothing like the other reviews - they were kind, competent, and prompt with visits and supply delivery. I received calls every week regarding supply and med shipments, and nurses called at about 5 PM the day before to advise of arrival time the next day.

NELC sales associates told the doctor the equipment would be delivered to our home by 7pm. The nurses came at 7pm but NELC did not. They didn't show up until after 8:30pm but the nurse had to leave by then, so the medication didn't start until the next day. A week later, after one of the equipment malfunctioned, NELC told the doctor a new one would arrive at 5pm. The nurse came at 5:30 pm and waited 45 min. Again, the nurse had to leave and NELC finally showed up after 6:30pm which again disrupted the medication doses and consequently created an issue with the number of days the insurance covered the nurses visits because those got pushed back due to NELC's negligence. Being late sometimes is understandable. But don't tell the head of infectious diseases that it will be delivered at one time and bring it nearly 2 hours later. That is unacceptable. The visiting nurses are also upset that this happens frequently with others. Beware that if NELC tells you one time, it will probably be late. These types of habits generally put people out of business, and we encourage health care insurance companies and providers to do their business with someone else.

Someone from NELC came to our home at 12:15a.m called the house to let us know paperwork needed to be signed now! My parents are elderly all lights were off. Didn't Ari.J See the home was dark everyone sleeping. He was very rude when called him back.Je needed the paperwork signed then! 12;15a.m Never once has anyone from NELC called us! Nevermind come out that late! And my dad was to get 30 ct of stringes for his feeding tube only got 5 CT. ! This happens every week to my dad. Never gets what his insurance said he gets. Dave at NELC has denied my dad this supplies to feed with many times. I have all the threaten voicemails from him on that and more. I called insurance and found out Alot ! All I'm going to say it's now 1;00am. Getting my parents back to bed and sleep. We all have to be at 6am. But if your dealing with NELC or have in the past. Check your insurance and make sure your getting charged what you should be changed. And the price is the same price Everytime. The insurance company I call and asked. When I did they were all very nice and couldn't believe what was going on and happen.over at NELC.And when (Dave) at NELC tells you it's your insurance call your insurance company and find out because I did and Dave is a good lyer. Like I said this is not even half of what Dave from NELC has done to my dad and put us all through. Now this rude ARI.J delivery man. Don't go with this company not after all that I have found out through insurance and ect. it's a lie and more. Will be reporting Dave, ARI.J employee's at NELC as well as this company NELC I have all the proof to go ahead and do so you name it I have it. No one is going to do this to my dad every week and get away with it. Not being able to eat not getting his feeding tube supplies
But it will be reported with a lot of other big agencies ect, ect. Shame on New England Life Care taking advantage of the elderly and disabled.

Horrible, poor excuse for a business. Extremely difficult to contact (not good for a company that deals with medical issues) and they are very disorganized. I have had nothing but frustrations having to get medical supplies from them.
