This billing company is the worst. My doctor's office uses them to process his insurance claims and they have no idea what they are doing.

They screwed up my insurance info and my claims all got denied. Then they bill me for the balance that was not correct. Then they resent the claims back to my insurance and they would have paid but the claims got rejected because my insurance said they were not filed in time.

They still send me bills for claims they screwed up. I will sue them if they ruin my credit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BILLING BUSINESS, THEY ARE AWEFUL!!!

This company is a complete joke. You’re lucky to ever get someone on the phone always forwarded to voicemail. The person I spoke to took my card information and said it would be “passed on” and that she doesn’t actually enter the payment. I have not received any type of receipt either. Very concerning practices stay away from this company.

They do Not have Billing dept on the premises, their billing is actually done in India and they don't tell any of their clients. Very dishonest company.
