After working with most of the medical equipment stores in the area for years. Our rehabilitation team only uses New England Surgical. Their team is professional, honest, and efficient. Equipment is always brand new.

waited some time to leave a review - needed a wrist brace, they charged insurance $486. The EXACT same (UPC matched as well) brace at walmart = $14.99. People should be outraged, just one of the reasons we're getting f***** with health care costs.

You don't attempt to open somebody's van door. Nor do you harrass them for a package when they say they don't have it just because YOUR day is over. Absolutely unprofessional and unsafe. 100% do not recommend leaving doors unlocked around here, people have no manners or respect.

The attached picture is a perfect representation of what to expect when dealing with this inept company. This letter sent out just shy of a month after the passing of a loved one - shows the “compassion and care” you can expect from New England Surgical Inc!
They are cold and callous, not to mention there has been no prior communications. They failed to list the correct call back number on their own grammatically error filled letter.
You would be better to find a company that can communicate and behave professionally, as you will certainly not find that here.

This company is horrible. My dad needed a different wheelchair because he went on hospice and this thug Howard comes to the house unannounced to basically repo the wheelchair. Nobody told us he even needed to order a new wheelchair. Once we knew, it got ordered through hospice. Howard was all set to go to Dad’s daycare to pick it up. Howard called and threatened to call the police if he didn’t get the wheelchair within 48 hours. When I called to find out what was going on, Sue was very combative. She was going to sick Harold on me. My dad is on hospice: translation—we have enough to deal with. Horrible wretched company with extremely poor customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING! They are beyond unscrupulous and customer service means nothing to them. Upon release from the hospital for cancer surgery, my doctor recommended visiting them for a compression stocking. The employee whom I encountered had no interest in all in helping, she was more concerned about whether she would have to work the next day with the impending snowstorm and looking at her husband parked across the street
They did not fill the prescription correctly and gave me an ill fitting, closed toe as opposed to closed and not the correct pressure. I was unable to use it and contacted them numerous times to request a credit. All correspondence was unreturned, beyond unproffesional.
I have spoken to my doctor and informed them, they will not be recommending this place to their patients any longer. I strongly urge everyone to visit their competitors such as Ruths in Cranston or Lifeline in Swansea.
To take money from a cancer patient and not admit any fault, is beyond deplorable

This is a five star operation ! The service is professional and the equipment is first rate and so comfortable! They return your calls immediately and deliver on time ! I have referred them to family members and friends and they all have them amazing reviews

First of all I love the fact the every time I called I was able to speak to an associate and not go thru voice mail. I started the process of getting my grandmother a wheelchair on a Monday and we had to delivered to us by Friday, they took care of all the insurance billing and it didn't cost my grandmother anything.
