My experience has been awesome I called he immediately began to help me with the boot several times he called to check on how he could help me he was extremely polite, respectful and definitely about his job what I like best is I said I needed on size but he informed me that the chart says that I needed a different size I appreciate that because Iwas thinking it would be to large but I didn't know for sure. So I appreciate his service. Thanks need more people like this young man.

The only reason I'm giving this business one star is because I can't give them 0/5.

I had a very simple order: a replacement tube, mask, and filter for my CPAP machine. It took weeks of back and forth. After sending them my prescription with all the relevant information written on it, I had to call them and read my own prescription to them - they tried to claim my prescription did not request the thing that it clearly did.

It seemed as if they kept finding new problems. After I read my own prescription to them (which they had already had for many business days), they said they couldn't fulfil my order until I confirmed to them the make and model of my CPAP machine. So I did that.

Days later, they still claimed they did not have my make and model. I did the same phone call again.

Days after that, they call me (and don't leave a message!) to tell me that they "don't have my parts."

This business is a bad faith actor that does not want to give people health care. They kept finding and building up arbitrary boundaries and hurdles for me. I've now wasted weeks dealing with them. They requested that I write a review, and I am obliging. Find another supplier.
