Had a BIG mixup getting set up elsewhere for MAT (two places in the same town, same name, similar services), it was quite urgent and someone suggested N.H. to me. After a quick couple phone calls with Chris, they got me enrolled as a patient immediately and showed genuine care.

Fast forward & it’s been about 14 months; it’s always a pleasure to see everyone here. In the long run, I hope I’ll not have to go to a place like this 😹 The staff will be missed when that day comes ❤️

I would not be where I am today without New Horizons! They are very accommodating and will work with you through whatever you may need in your sobriety. Chris is kind and understanding and worked with me through probation so I could complete it successfully. The doctors I have had are also compassionate and caring. I am so glad I found New Horizons first instead of having to experience a nightmare at another provider!

Really thankful for the services& staff here! Chris and Marsha are always so positive and helpful at the front desk! Ashley is always so understanding on the phone if I’m running a couple minutes late for my appointment! I would highly recommend this location especially for the staff and doctors they have here! They also have easily accessible parking! 5 stars for everything!

New Horizons is the best!! I've been attending this clinic for almost 7 years now. Chris, who runs the front desk is amazing as are the rest of the desk staff. Doctors and therapists are fantastic here. I always feel comfortable and welcome. New Horizons has helped me save my life!! We do recover and there is help available. Thanks for all you do New Horizons!!

I just wanna say that I’ve been coming here since June 14th and I transferred from my other clinic to here. I’m super greatful that I did because they have been super awesome to me and my significant other who also goes there as well. Chris who works at the front desk has been super helpful with everything I have ever needed help with and is just a overall great person that actually cares about the people who come in there for help and has a big heart. As well as everyone else behind the desk too that works with him. Every time me or my significant other has ever called with an issue Chris has always resolved it very quickly and I am truly greatful him and his team that works with him.
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that needs help and is struggling out there cause this place is full of people who actually care about us.

I’ve been a long time patient at the Framingham location of new horizons and I wish I could leave them more than 5 stars. The entire staff has always created a super positive environment for me. Even during covid when the entire world seemed to shut down, new horizons stayed open and helped me and many others stay sober and solid in recovery. Chris and Masha at the front office always make me feel welcome and happy to be there. Fahad takes my vitals each visit and is another positive and pleasant addition to the office. I will always recommend new horizons to anyone and everyone 🙂

Let me preface this with an update from Monday morning.
Chris came through for me Monday, he called me immediately upon finding out I hadn't got my medications. He made sure someone would call me, he apologized for what happened, and told me it was inexcusable. The doctor has already called me and called in my medication, before 10am. Fortunately, I pick up the script mon or tues anyways, and anyone reading this should as well. Chris has been there a long time, takes pride in his work, and I know takes this seriously.

This is what happened:
I had my appointment Friday, the doctor was gone for the weekend, but I should have gotten the call Saturday morning. By 130pm Saturday, I hadn't, so I called, and the staff seemed concerned by it, and put me on hold. The calls on hold get hung up on after a bit, which if I were them, I would probably change, let the customer know, or call them back, instead of essentially hanging up on them. My medication was not sent in, and I was told it would be, but they close at 2pm and I was told to wait till 3pm, so what do I do then? I called after 3pm, left a message, emailed them, and of course, they were gone for the weekend. If you do not have an answering service, or no notification for when this happens, then it probably should not happen. I luckily had a backup plan for this, so I did not run out, but I think the clinic could handle this scenario better, and I am sure they will in the future. They used to have some kind of service, or a staff member, covering the weekends for this exact scenario.
