This is a facility that house's young men whom have gotten themselves into trouble. It's in Phenix City, Alabama... My 17 year old son is here. I get to go see him on the 1st an last Sundays of each month. So far I have no complaints, excluding the fact that it is 4 hours away from my home. The people are very nice here an always have answers to the questions that i have... The distance would be the only reason I would not have chose this place personally.

I called wanting to find out more information about this place and the lady with the deep voice who answers the phone was so rude! Had a nasty attitude, didn't want to help, and was getting offended because I was asking basic questions. I feel bad for anyone esp. children that have to be anywhere near her. Beware
