I've been seeing Dr. Cerimele for years. She is the first one I have found to actually listen to what I say and think about my own body. Her staff is always very nice and helps with anything they can. I truly feel like I am a part of my own medical care with her and her office.

They took my insurance co-pay & had me wait in lobby 3 hours, took my vital signs, had me wait in lobby again, then had me go to their phone to talk to the office manager Deidra, (who was away from the office), who told me Dr. Francesca Cerrimelli couldn't see me because she isn't a provider for my insurance carrier!!!! What?!?! WHO does that?! Also, they still have NOT refunded my insurance copay! INSURANCE FRAUD!! Dr. Cerrimelli should have her license to practice medicine revoked from what we've seen. Definitely the WORST doctor I've ever met.
The lady who answered the phone when we called to make this appointment told us they do accept my insurance. Shady folks!!

This doctors office wasn’t any good service. They charge before you even see the doctor when you should get charged after. They are no respect for the people! Doctor asked me if I was gonna be able to work I said yes and she made me miss work for 2 weeks. That’s because this was my first time in their office and it was no good what so ever!!! They also had me waiting in the office more than 5-6 hours.

They also charge me for a package my job just wanted signed. They charged just because I have seizers. That’s to much disrespect!!

Dr. C listens and helps you! She is beyond an angel! She has been so sweet to my kids and been so helpful getting our son the care he needs! The whole office staff is fabulous!

Sorry sorry sorry front desk is so disrespectful I went in as new patient because I knew that if a Dr could help me it would be Cerimele filled out paper work and as I went to turn in my papers a food vendor came in and all front desk went to get food and left me standing there I waited and waited they came in saw me standing there never said a word they all went into the next room and carried on about the food the nurse came to the front saw me didn't say a word she just ignored me too and walked away another girl came to the front ignored me and walked out don't know if it occurred to them for a minute that I was there cuz I was very sick after standing there and not being helped I decided to leave and yes after being treated like that I was rude just to let them know I was leaving you'd think these girls were all at the food court at the mall or something like that the way they work there and the only reason I'm giving them a star is because this page would not let me post a review unless I gave them a star
