I have never really had a bad experience at any of my appts but this time I did. Jennifer-the receptionist wasn’t very polite at all. Which is not a good thing when entering the building and her being the first point of contact. I was asked to complete the questionnaire on the electronic notepad. I had a question about how to answer something. And the tone and response she gave was impolite. I just handed her back the note pad and had a seat. Then I was called into the back to have my lab work done. Which I never had a bad experience there either. This time when the young lady put the butterfly needle in my arm, the needle went in fine but the rubber strap she used to find the vein, pinched my arm, so tight that when I got home, my arm was black and blue. I realize this when I went to take a shower. Not happy about that. Then I sat in the patient room talked to the nurse assistant. She questioned me, took my vitals and told me the doctor would be in shortly to see me. I waited an hour in that small room for the doctor to come. I had to use the restroom so I left and went down the hallway to o the restroom. When I came out of the restroom, the nurse assistant says all the doctor just went in the room looking for you, wondering where you went. I said oh really I was wondering where the doctor was because I sat in the room for an hour. So after going back into the room, the doctor apologizes. I accepted her apology. I do think the whole situation could’ve been handled more professionally because the excuses that she gave me, the nurse assistant could have told me the doctor had some unexpected situations which held up the process of her getting to me sooner.

I wasn't to pleased with my first time experience with this office, I was asked a ton of irrelevant questions and badgered to sign consent forms and answer questionaries which I felt were not relevant to my visit .

The front desk receptionist Jennifer was very snudy. She felt need to over emphasis what her job was.

Dr. Patel and her nurse practitioner was pleasant. The young lady who draws the blood was great, very pleasant and gentle!!

I was taken back and disappointed, I didn’t expect this experience at all.. Lastly I was surprised with emphasis of the billing to my insurance for highest quality of medication.

That should be the least of concern.

I expect to receive the necessary medication beneficial to my needs not the most expensive one the office would receive payment for.

Yesterday was my first visit here and I have nothing but good things to say about every staff member I came in contact with. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jennifer who checked me in. She was so nice & helpful with the paperwork & put me at ease right away. I didnt have to wait more than 3 minutes before the lovely girl from the lab came to get me. I cant remember her name but she was kind, professional and I didnt even feel the needle when she drew my blood. I saw the PA - i think her name was Lourdes ? - she listened to everything I said and really took the time to go over my medical history and my family history. She also made me feel at ease and that I will be taken care of. I have never felt more comfortable at a new medical facility before. If I could give them 1,000 stars I would!! If you ever need to see specialists in this field, You will not regret going here!
