New Med Solutions commits fraud. Please do not do business with them. I am a surgeon in Beverly Hills and own a surgery center as well. We ordered gurneys from New Med on November 10, 2017. We were told we could expect delivery of the gurneys within a few weeks. In the middle of December, we began to worry because we had not heard from the company and our gurneys had not been delivered. When we called New Med, they claimed there were delivery delays but assured us we would have our gurneys the next week. We called them back a week later and they told us we would have it in a few days. Since then, they have given us excuse after excuse about why they have not been able to deliver the gurneys. I spoke to the owner who gave me his word the gurneys would be delivered a week later, and when a week passed, he said their truck broke down and that they could not deliver it until the following week. This has been going on for almost 3 months now. I finally asked for a refund and was promised that I would receive a check the same day. No one showed up and when I called the owner his excuse was that he did not have any checks on him. I asked him to pay by credit card and he refused. They keep giving me the run around and it has become clear now that their business is a scam. I am a respected doctor and surgeon and business owner. Please feel free to contact me if you would like more information. But whatever you do, do not use this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER IS A FRAUD: IGOR MELNIKOV, AKA ALEX FELDMAN AKA GARY MELLS.

This company is completely fraudulent.

We originally worked with their other "company" called "Medical Equipment Solutions" and the sales rep, Liam Jonas, who sold us two faulty sterilization units.
We found out the hard way when both units broke down on us in the middle of the work week only after a month of use (using them only once a week).

We tried to contact them to have a technician (Zechariah "Zak" Agresta) come out to service them, as promised in terms of our warranty. They would arrange a date and time and NEVER show up. The owner "ALEX" is full of empty promises, as he pushes you for the payment IN FULL upfront and then ignores calls/emails for requests to fulfill their warranty agreement.

He has other aliases he does "business" under including: "NewMed Solutions" and "SamCare Medical".

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BY ANY MEANS.

I’m a business owner and have multiple surgery centers. I have to say that I’ve been dealing with NewMed Solutions for over 3 years and they are BEST IN Used medical equipment ! Anytime I had an issue with equipment they are always here to help! There equipment is always refurbished and works great!

I'm another plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills who got taken advantage by Gary Mills. I'm about to take him to small claims court. I purchased some medical equipment for New Med Solution and it was never delivered.
He own me more than 10K and he is not answering his phone anymore.
He is a dishonest individual and I'm not the first doctor who got screwed by him! He has a pattern of committing frauds all around town.
