To be honest, this place sucks! They're just trying to get you in and get you out as quickly as possible! They're good with prescriptions and things like that! But the front desk staff is terrible! They're not very clear with their communication! Once you finally do get back to see the doctors, they're good enough but you can tell they're just trying to get you out of there and cut you off and not listen to you! I don't know if this is normal but I'm certainly not satisfied! Like I said they do decently enough but I don't think it's a very good overall.

Seriously the worst experience ever. I was to be a new client. There was a misunderstanding with my appointment time. I showed up at what I thought was 5 minutes early, they claimed I was 10 minutes late, but no matter they tell me I have a 15 minute grace period. So I get checked in, until they realize I was listening into a work call and tell me they can’t check me in until I am off the phone. Ok, call was wrapping up, I was filling out papar work and I still had 5 minutes left in my grace period. As a working mom I am excellent at multi tasking! I hang up, and they tell me I need to reschedule, though I am still clearly within their self imposed grace period. What!?! I followed their rules, was within the time, and I was to be a new client. Maybe a little courtesy, customer service, and understanding the world doesn’t revolve around you would help your business. Now you just wasted my time (and yours) AND lost a potential client. Of course I am not going to reschedule. If this is how they treat new patients can you imagine what they do once they already have your money and medical records? Stay very far away unless you enjoy being treated like the scum of the earth client. And the homeless like to hang out in front, so doesn’t seem like a very safe place to visit.

I had an appointment and to be able to go I need to take off work and get a sitter. When I arrived, she said I could not be seen because I would need a longer appointment since I was considered a new patient since I hadn’t been there in a long time. That is something that could have been shared over the phone and been considerate and checked when you asked my name and information over the phone.

great experience with yaya today!! ended up getting fire purp flower for the low ! budda let me get the deal they had today!! they have everything you need here like trays and papers too!! they’re the best shop in the oc area!! Ill be back for PAD on tuesday! thanks guys

I'm so glad I found this place. They have helped me and my husband through so much. I can't say enough good about how caring, professional and homey the place is. Nick and Dr L are great diagnosticians. Anna is always so welcoming, as is Liz. MA's are great too. Oh, and the PT department is the bomb too. I'm so glad we have this place in our neighborhood!

I got Botox and they did an amazing job! Went back for lip fillers a week after! Their staff is amazing and very attentive. Their pricing is reasonable and they have great promotions. Thank you so much Liz and Michelle! Highly recommend!
