Dr. O’Neil has been my primary care physician for five years. By every metric I am a much healthier person now than I was five years ago. I have absolute confidence in her abilities and judgment as a clinician. On the diagnostic front she listens and observes carefully. She diagnosed an orthopedic issue that did not show up on an x-ray or ultrasound. Undaunted she pushed for an MRI which confirmed her diagnosis and immediately referred me for corrective surgery. I have been equally impressed with her skills as a health counselor to work towards optimal health through lifestyle and diet. In a medical system that tends to emphasize sick care, Dr. O’Neil refreshingly practices healthcare. Her roadmaps to staying healthy (for example: periodic testing and monitoring of key health metrics, careful listening and feedback, periodic emails with useful information and references, and exercise tips) have been a game changer. Her referrals to specialists have been uniformly excellent. She has been, and is, an exceptional physician.

The overall medical practice of Next Level Care is of the highest caliber. On the one occasion in five years when Dr. O’Neil was not available, her partner in the practice, Dr. Sheeler, stepped in seamlessly (it felt like I had been his patient for the last five years).

Watching these professionals practice exceedingly well at a high level is a joy and much appreciated.

Dr Sheeler & Dr O'neil have been seeing my mother who has severe Alzheimer's disease for the last 2 years. They have been the most caring and understanding medical professionals we have ever dealt with. They have spent many hours researching and implementing medicines and therapies including alternative therapies that other Doctors would never expend the effort to consider. They have done everything possible to slow the progress of the horrible disease my mom is living with. I often reach out to Dr Sheeler in the evenings and weekends expecting not to hear back until Monday but he gets back to me day and night. He is always willing to go over everything by phone, whereas most people these days do anything they can to avoid talking to their clients. Dealing with Next Level Concierge has been a great experience from day 1. I would highly recommend them to any patient looking for an outstanding experience.

Dr. Bob has helped me so much! He takes the time to actually listen to what’s going on. He recommends the right testing based on symptoms that most common practitioners don’t think to test. He creates a holistic plan to heal from the root cause instead of putting a bandaid on the problem. He is always there to help along your entire healing journey. I can’t recommend him and his practice enough especially if you’re dealing with chronic illness that other doctors couldn’t figure out.

I met Dr. Angela O'Neill and Dr. Bob Sheeler (husband and wife concierge medical practice) two years ago when I was researching doctors for my elderly parents, who both have serious long-term health issues. Based on research I recommended them and my parents have been delighted. Within 6 months, my wife and I had also joined the practice and couldn't be happier. I appreciate the wholistic/holistic approach they both take. Between the two of them, and their extensive history at Mayo Clinic, they run the gamut of incredible specialities and knowledge. They also have the best personal/bedside manner I have ever experienced. The end result is that this service is quite literally life-changing.
Speaking personally, just as one example, the treatments suggested for chronic migraines I was experiencing involved both nutritional supplements and mild prescription meds based on my specific symptoms, along with some hormonal balancing. The result is that, within 6 months, I went from having 4+ migraines per month to having 0 migraines over the course of 4 months. That's just one example.
Another example is how quickly each Doctor can pick up the phone and call any number of incredible specialists to get their clients in for appointments that would otherwise often have months-long waiting lists.
Third example --earlier this year, my wife ended up in the ER in Sedona after a scary incident with her eye. Turned out everything was okay, but while in with the doctor, she called Dr. O'Neill so Dr. O'Neill could chat with the ER doctor. Dr O'Neill picked up immediately and had a phone consult right there. And this was over a holiday weekend.
Google/online reviews are a strange thing to write. One is usually either trying to get across just how extraordinary a service/location is, or trying to warn everybody off. In this case, I'm worried that it's coming across as hyperbole. But all I can say is that this medical practice is a wonderful game changer for my whole family and me. Thank you Next Level--and I look forward to many more years of health together!
