The staff was very friendly and the office is very convenient and clean. Unfortunately I don't think they were thorough and my cough turned into pneumonia within a few days even though I was taking the medication they recommended. I ended up going to a different clinic because they didn't have anyone that could take chest X-rays. The new clinic put me on a much more aggressive treatment plan and I am doing much better.

I am here on business and from out of state, so I don’t have a primary Dr here. I had a UTI and knew I needed antibiotics. The staff was great, the NP that saw me was fantastic. They were very efficient in how they ran the culture first then triage and saw the NP while my results were in progress. I appreciated the friendly staff and how quickly I was treated. I liked the ability to make the appointment online and add what I needed to be seen for ahead of time. I’d use this facility again if needed.

The worst experience, waste of money and time!

I recently visited an urgent care facility, and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in a medical setting. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a front office staff that was not only unhelpful but downright argumentative. Instead of feeling welcomed and cared for, I felt like I was an inconvenience to them.

After a long wait, I was finally called in to see the doctor. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. The doctor had an absolutely awful bedside manner, raising their voice at me rather than listening to my concerns. I felt belittled and dismissed, as if my symptoms didn't warrant any serious attention. It was shocking to be treated this way when all I wanted was some help.

To add insult to injury, I was told that I could receive a refund for my visit due to the poor service, but after several follow-ups, I discovered that they had no intention of honoring that promise. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to get me in the door and take my money without providing any real care.

Overall, my experience at this urgent care was nothing short of a nightmare. I left feeling worse than when I arrived, both physically and emotionally. I would strongly advise anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere. You deserve better than being yelled at by a doctor and receiving no help from the staff. Save yourself the trouble and seek care where you will be treated with respect and compassion.

Saw me in about 30 minutes and had a diagnosis shortly thereafter. Highly recommended! One on 60th St. said they are not accepting new patients but you say you are an Urgent Care facility come on now! Glad I found NextCare?

We went to urgent care with some saguaro cactus thorns that just wouldn’t come out. The nurse practitioner was extremely patient and kind dealing with my son and his pain involved in removing these thorns. The wait time was minimal, even without an appointment. I highly recommend this location.

Scheduled an appointment in the morning for the afternoon. Showed up and only 1 other person waiting yet we still waited over almost 2 hrs. To get in a room. Then through conversation I picked up on the fact that they don't use M.D. but rather N.P.& P.A. of which my questioning may have upset P.A. because she acted condescending. Ultimately we got what we needed. P.S. they still force masks upon you, apparently their policy's are not science based.
