The front staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby was packed so many sick people. Even with an appointment it took about an hour to be seen, so not too bad. My only issue is Nextcare should change their policy on allowing people to sit in their cars to wait! Mainly because, not everyone abides by the mask rule and you have to sit next to people that are super sick and coughing without a mask! If you weren’t very sick when you got there you will be when you leave. Overall good experience.

The personal in this location is extremely rude… the receptionist and the “guard” were rude to people and they were making jokes about “how urgent” their emergencies were, what a shame.
the medical personal was letting groups of 4 people walk in but they didn’t let me go in with my husband… they said patients only and they were other grown couples going in together. They prioritize physical examinations more than bleeding wounds. We waiter since 6 until 8 for my husband to get medical attention.

Intake nurse treated my family like garbage and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times only for her to brush us off. This was on Saturday. I get maybe you're busy or having a bad day. But you're a nurse. Treat people with care and respect and at least act like you care! No one wakes up on a Saturday sick as a dog and wants to bring their family to urgent care. The doctor was awesome. But whoever that intake nurse was, need a attitude check. Be kind. It costs nothing to be nice. I'm seeing owner responses on here and whoever that person in doesn't offer an email or anything to try and fix the problem. Just a "oh sorry maybe better luck next time!".

The waiting time was not long. The doctor and nurse who treated our child were very nice and professional. We are going to continue using this place for our emergencies and I recommend it to everyone. The TV noise in the waiting area was king of annoying. but possibly it was us and the lack of sleep.The receptionist helped us find an open pharmacy. Good place really.

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this urgent care. Their attitude came across as unprofessional and unsympathetic, especially during a time when I was feeling unwell and vulnerable. I believe compassion and professionalism are essential in healthcare settings, and I hope the staff will work on improving their approach to patient care in the future.

Over 3 hours of wait time they all lied a nurse to tell me and my friend rondacowperwho both had flu except they told me mine was just the stomach bug but we both keep updating our flu and covid shots each year it may even be covid cause everyone's sick ? her at Haven

I got an appointment pretty quick online. I was in and out within an hour. The doctor was knowledgeable and caring. They even called me 2 days after the appointment to follow up. The only bad thing is that the parking lot has a lot of homeless/ tweakers hanging around, making it a bit uncomfortable.
