The service was great! Everybody was super friendly and attentive. I didn't even wait in the waiting room for 5 min before they called me back and triaged me and then put me into a room and then I waited like 2 min before the doctor came knocking. It was so fast I couldn't believe that I was at Urgent care because I am use ro waiting hours usually. The doctor listened to me and she was friendly and made me comfortable. She explained my diagnosis to me and made sure that I understood and had no other questions. It was a really good experience. I for sure would recommend anybody to go and be seen here. Thank you again to the wonderful staff of Next Care Urgent Care on 22nd and Craycroft. Keep up the great work you guys. Thank you again.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Thank you for the most pleasant experience we have had with NextCare! Mario, the P.A., was excellent! He listened, was patient, and explained things well. The medical assistant was very personable, and the front desk person was very welcoming. Kudos to all!

I never do reviews but I have to fit them They ALL are wonderful & friendly I'm part of the LGBTQ+ community and felt welcomed from when I walked in to the Urgent Care the receptionist was polite i felt like I was just like everyone , Which I don't get to offend at health care places or any places really.. But I'll definitely be going back for any other health issues that they see there. The Nurse that took my vitals and asked me medical questionnaires was nice and Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and explainative and told me everything she was going to do and explained how everything work with my issues and that definitely gave me a peace of mind knowing it not to bad as i thought and everything is alright. My visit was Wensday April / 23rd / 2025 @ 12:20pm

I’ve had many great experiences with this location! The staff is always friendly, the office is always clean and well maintained, addresses my concerns, and I am always able to be seen in a timely manner. Thank you to the woman at the front desk who helped me figure out my insurance! I’m so happy to only have had to pay a $5 co-pay.

I wish all doctors and urgent cares were as wonderful as this location!

Great staff at this location. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse was super bubbly and you couldn’t help but smile in her presence, which is hard to do when you don’t feel well. I hate going to Urgent Care when I’m sick but staffing at this location made it a smooth & easy process. Thank you

Nobody likes getting sick! Especially at the thought of having to wait to see a physician. But when you’ve put it off for days and you still aren’t feeling well I suggest you call and make an appointment with NextCare Urgent Care on 22nd Street and Craycroft in Tucson. You can always just walk in without an appointment. It took me all of 12 minutes and I was on my way to my pharmacy to pick up the necessary prescriptions I needed so I can go back to being “sick free”! Everybody from the reception to the nurse assistant to the physician was professional, respectful and worked with an urgency. There’s nothing worse than having to wait while you’re with a fever and feeling like you want to lie down. This NextCare Urgent Care facility had me in and out in less than 15 minutes total! Thank you to all the staff I appreciate your kindness.

Went in after feeling pretty bad for several weeks. The receptionist was great and they got me in within minutes (first one at door). Was seen pretty quickly and got the zpack and steroids I think I need to kick this. Painless, fast and super friendly. Would recommend.

Thank you so much for your help. Although they were not busy, they were fast and effective. My prescriptions were called in right away to the nearest Walmart. And we're done within 25 min. I was in so much pain when I went in with a bladder infection,the medicine prescribed to me worked instantly. I will definitely go back when needed.
