I came into Urgent Care with a sore throat, neck pain, chills, and headaches. I informed the doctor that I was a part of a study away class and would only be there another few days and I was concerned about how I would feel while traveling. She informed me that sinus infections really don’t exist and, truly without examining me for more than a minute and a half, dismissed me for being exhausted by travel (the last time I traveled was 4 days prior to that visit and I didn’t get sick until 3 days after traveling). The provider did not test me for COVID, flu, or strep, nor even listen to me when I told her I was concerned about my throat and neck pain. I also expressed that I had had Mono twice before and was worried about any swelling of my lymph nodes and she told me that it was impossible for me to have gotten Mono a second time, and the provider rolled her eyes when I told her that’s what my doctors had told me. For my current illness, she said that I was just sleeping wrong and, again, my body was tired from traveling. She did not look in my throat for more than 2-3 seconds, feel my neck at all, or conduct any other examination. Two days later, I am still experiencing throat pain so bad that I can no longer speak at all and I was in intense pain while flying back home. The whole visit lasted less than 5 minutes and the provider barely let me voice my concerns or thoughts. I hope that she was just having a bad day or tired of college students because otherwise, I can’t imagine how many patients she dismisses with “exhaustion” that are actually suffering from real, treatable illness like I was. Please, do better.

Worst visit there. Staff waa rude. Physician waa rude and unprofessional. Room is filthy even after waiting over 40 minutes for it to be cleaned!

The front desk staff member was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I also appreciate that I was able to get a same day appointment to follow up on a virtual appointment.

I did not appreciate the provider I saw as much. She told me she would call me with my UTI culture results the next day (so that we could adjust my antibiotics as needed) and it has now been several days with no call from her. She also did not seem to want to have more than a 2 minute conversation during my appointment and kept trying to end the conversation when I was just asking clarifying questions.

I don’t really care if the goal of your company is to see as many patients as possible. Your patients should be able to ask a few questions about their current condition without being rushed. With that, your providers should be expected to follow up when they say they will. It’s not okay to leave me hanging. I have an infection and I am immunocompromised.

Based on my previous experience with other urgent care providers, I did not expect much. However, to my surprise, the doctor was very professional and very friendly. The only downside was the wait time which is a little bit long (around 50min wait compared to around 10min treatment). But all health providers in the US have a long wait time, so can't complain too much there. Overall a very good experience

I thought it was a good experience for an urgent care facility. I should have expected a wait, even with online scheduling, but that is my type A personality at work. Both my daughter and I tested positive for influenza A and were given the meds we needed and we are on our way to recovery after a very rough week. Thank you to all the staff. You were freaking awesome when I was feeling like death boiled over.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a NextCare doctors office. The place wasn’t busy at all and it took me over an hour to see the doctor. The doctors are nice but the other staff members were miserable and not helpful. I didn’t get out until two hours later. I don’t recommend going to this location.

Had to have 3 stitches. Entire staff were really great. Very easy to work with and just generally nice people. The PA did the stitches quickly and was very good.
