The front desk and the ma were amazing and super nice. I liked the nurse practitioner but she didn’t do anything for me or my symptoms. They (the pa and the np) told Me my back pain was normal for pregnancy even though I expressed that this is not a normal sign for me and that their isn’t much they can do for me. She told me to get a massage or acupuncture or buy a kneeling chair from amazon. Honestly a very disappointing visit and won’t be going back to this location . Went to another urgent care and got the care I needed

The online scheduling system was very easy to navigate and it even sends you a text to confirm or reschedule your appointment via text link. The wait was longer than I anticipated, not so much in the main lobby, but the wait in the private room. Recommendation to management would be to at least have cushioned seats in there. The staff was professional and friendly and the level of care was better than other competing urgent care clinics I've visited in the past. I would recommend the provider.

It was surprisingly wonderful. Quick and very professional front line, Then the nurse, Very punctual and offered all topics to be considered in a very professional manner finally the doctor, Very knowledgeable and helpful. He made everything clear and detailed within 2 minutes. Had my prescription ready in ten minutes. I highly recommend Nextcare Urgent Care on Swan.

They got me in right away which was great, but the doctor didn’t even look at my arm, do any tests or ask any questions that would have lead to her immediate diagnosis upon her walking into the room. She look at my arm from across the room and diagnosed me from there, and it turned out it wasn’t what she said it was. This isn’t the first time urgent care has misdiagnosed me and brushed over my concerns and questions to get me in and out as soon as possible.

I was really having some bad symptoms in a sensitive area of my body, and the staff was beyond nice and provided very efficient care. They took all my questions seriously and were super kind while drawing my blood. I was having a horrible day, but the staff here honestly kept be from crying. I'm super grateful for all their help!!

I was seen almost immediately. The receptionist was cordial and patient and informative. The doctor , nurse practitioner, really heard me, examined me and prescribed what I needed. Even the person taking my vitals was not in a hurry. What a difference! Thank you. I feel better already.

I paid $75 for them to do nothing. The person who saw me barely asked me any questions. He made a lot of assumptions based off the medication I was on, and they wrote me a prescription for meds I already had at home. Had they even told me what they were prescribing, I would have been able to tell them that. Very impersonal and not thorough at all.

I went in with severe stomach pains. Pains so bad I couldn’t get comfortable in any position and was writhing and moaning. They poked me with a stethoscope and told me it was GERD and sent me out within 15 min. It wasn’t GERD. I ended up having bacterial gastroenteritis.

Staff was friendly & Dr. Carter that I was seen by was very informative. I’ve been getting the run around from my PCP. He advised me on what blood work & tests were needed. The front desk lady & tech who took my vitals were also very cordial.
