First and last time. Hands down the worst experience with doctors so far. I came for an annual check and instead getting some work done, the guy told me his life story 😭.
I’ve ask for MRI and orthopedic doctor on my injury…3 weeks later, I can’t even reach the front desk, only human answering machine.
Definitely, changing the provider.
Very poor quality.

I sure will not be coming back or recommending this Dr. They do not care about you they just care about getting the money from insurance. I called for a phone consult since I had covid I couldn't leave my house. I was to get a call never happened, I called again and was to get a consult at 11:30, then after Dr was done with patient. I got the call a week later. By this time I had gotten a Dr since I never got a call back k. Anywhere else is better than Herr

The worst doctor I've ever been to.

First off, I got yelled at by a security guard because I parked in the lot next to their offices. There are two buildings, and they are both for doctors, but if you park in the wrong one (even though it isn't clearly marked AND I parked in a two-hour visitor spot) you will get yelled at by an old security guard.

As for Dr. Nguyen - I could barely understand what he was saying, and kept asking if my breasts were okay. Three times, he asked. I wasn't even there for anything breast related! He also didn't knock before he came in, which was fine because I was done getting dressed, but still. I just moved to the area, and needed a new prescription for my Celexa. Very simple. He shook his head and was very rude about the fact that I'm young and want an anti-anxiety medication (which I've been on for a year, with good results). He also told me no less than 5 times that I was overweight and literally wrote me a prescription for a "diet". Keep in mind that I am 24, female, and very active. I walk everyday and my job keeps me moving. So, yeah. Normally this wouldn't bother me but he just kept mentioning it.

Never go to this doctor.

I been coming to this clinic for 13 yrs, this year 2023 unfortunately change and has “new stuff “, very un ethnic, unprofessional, very disrespectful with our time, obviously will change and not longer using this ……”services “ drs. are good, my bad experience is with the unprofessional front desk stuff

I have been a patient of Dr Nguyen for many years, yes, like the other posters he is old and sometimes you cant understand him because of his accent , with old age comes knowledge, i have had many medical issued taken care of by him and his medical staff ( liz and sally and the rest of the staff) are amazing. I work in the medical field and they are on top of everything. Whenever my results come in i always get a phone call , and they always follow through with my refferrals. I am happy with this office

Don't waste your time. Although i'm sure he is a sweet old man, he is just that. Don't waste your time with an appointment because you won't be able to fully understand his mumbling to get a proper diagnosis. There was also no real inquiry about reasons for my visit, he just said a couple of "ooos and ahhs" signed the paperwork and recommended vitamins -_- I already knew I needed that. Not to mention the $200 recommended blood test. Unfortunately, I sent my husband prior to my appt. and he was so disappointed. He mentioned how they performed his blood pressure reading, squeezing very tight multiple times because they couldn't get it to work, until he decided to remove his jacket since the nurse wasn't getting the obvious issue.

Hell yea ! My boy Dr. Nguyen is one of the best if not the best physician. This place has helped me out a lot, every time I walk in sick I come out instantly relieved. This place brings nostalgia to me. Been here for years and I’m thankful for each and every one of the staff members and ofc Dr. Nguyen. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I feel so sorry for the poor people who go to this doctor looking for help. He is senile, confused and barely speaks English let along Spanish who seem to be the majority of his patients. I don't say this lightly, but he seriously needs to be put in front of the Medical Boards to show he is fit for service. I've worked in the Medical field for many years so I understand what I need. I feel so bad for the people who have no medical knowledge that enter this office looking for professional help.
