I took my son today who woke up with an unexplained limp, he is two and this was our first visit to this facility. Check in was a breeze, the office was so clean and kid friendly. The nurse, X-ray technician and doctor were all so helpful and kind. Between the tvs in the exam rooms to help distract the little ones to the prize the kids get on the way out, my son was a happy camper. They were thorough in their exam and were able to do X-rays on the spot which was super convenient. Would definitely recommend to others, I even called my best friend on the way home to tell her if she ever needs a place to take her son, to check it out!

The Nicklaus Children’s Urgent Care Clinic in Palm Beach Gardens has the most amazing and caring staff. I have had two very positive experiences there with my child, and the level of care and patience shown to us was out of this world. I would highly recommend them to any family needing quality care for their child!

This is our second time having to visit this pediatric urgent care. I’m not one to write reviews, but everyone seeking care for their own ped should know how lucky we are to have such an amazing facility in our community. As someone who is also in the medical field, I’m very particular about all the (also amazing) routine pediatric doctors we use for my little one. Urgent care visits can be scary for parents and little ones alike, in part from the circumstances necessitating the visit, and in part from needing to put immediate trust in an unfamiliar team of nurses/doctors.

From check-in to discharge, the whole team is kind, communicative, and skilled. They listen to both the parent and child during the triage and exam process, and despite being an urgent care facility they always make sure to prioritize communication and answering any questions.

Thank you to our nurse, Stephanie, for getting us warm blankets while we wait. And thank you Dr. Bell for being the kind of doctor that we all deserve. Thank you to all who work weekends and nights to keep this facility in operation. Like the sign says, heroes work here.

Phenomenal staff and facility. We came in at 930 needing stitches and they took us back quickly. My 2 year old was not easy, but they managed to get him stitched and did so well with him. Thank you so much for all you do!

We had a great experience at the facility! The nurses were personable and seemed very genuine. The clinic is clean and well decorated and they even gave my daughter an ethnic appropriate doll when leaving.

We had an excellent experience at Nicklaus Children’s PBG. Both the nurses and doctor were so patient and more informative than any doctor I’ve spoken to in the past seven years. Thank you for your excellent care. My daughter is feeling much better.

First and foremost I want to say thank you for the staff & Nurses they are the best! Most sweetest Nurses ever , I don’t go to any other hospital/ urgent care for my daughter unless it’s Jupiter hospital thank you for always caring for our daughter and checking up or her regular

Great facility awesome Doctors and fast. Gave it a one star because we were from out of state and we received a 700$ bill to check out daughters ears and write a script for amoxicillin. 580$ for Dr bill which our insurance paid half then got a urgent care bill that insurance wouldn’t pay any of for 480. Total cost little over 1000$ blows my mind. No insurance 180$ for the visit just a fyi
