For personal reasons I will not share on this review, I am a huge fan of NIH. Truly a life saver. My partner and I are thankful for their existence and the impact they have had on our lives. Awesome! I have loved NIH! But they only things I don’t like about NIH is going through the security and having them check the trunk or frunk in some EV cars….too much trouble….and the cafeteria in the atrium is not good and not worth buying at all

the nurses there suck and don’t even know what they are doing my brother was there and the nurse didn’t even know how to put monitors in his chest and had to watch a youtube video of it !! . and she was over 1 hour and 40 minutes there and she even takes her shoes off inside . the night shift nurse also slam the doors when we are clearly sleeping or just leave the door open and a nurse knows my brother couldn’t eat and still had the audacity to ask if he wanted to eat and order food !!! . the security and shattle drivers aren’t nice and are mad and rude. i don’t know why they call it the best hospital when it isn’t.

Waited 4 & ahalf days for a answer for my wife's cancer treatments and told there is no treatment for her. After talking to a nurse last Tuesday, the nurse said she would call me back and did not. Then I called back Wednesday and ask to talk to Christine Muri, that sent me the original email about special cancer treatments. So Wednesday the nurse said Christine is out of the office for a week. Also she said she woul call me right back, and did not till Thursday 7/11/24. So if they told me 3 days earlier there was no program for cancer, my wife have started her treatments here in Illinois. Their playing with my wife's LIFE! 0 STARS FOR MY REVIEWS!!!

You will not find better care than at the NIH Clinical Center! My mother had surgery here in November and it was just a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The doctors, nurses, staff - everyone was compassionate, knowledgable and reassuring.

After about 10 days, mom left with 20 less tumors in her liver and a new outlook on life.

Thank you to all at the center for what you do!
