Wow I have read many negative responses from patience but really ladies.
The staff at the front does seem busy. What do u expect roses and chocolate.
My first of many when needed visits. I loved Dr Obiekwe and her attending nurses are welcoming, professional and caring.
I did have a bit of a wait that suggest to me she possibly was needed by a patient more than others

I like a Dr. that doesn't fool around gets information orders what test are needed thank me and remind me if I need anything please call.
I didn't need and emotional support team. My needs were met and I'm very satisfied with Dr. Obiekwe
And I loved the staff.

She would rather sell pitocin then take time with newly mothers. Takes advantage of our inexperience and rushes us out the door as quickly as possible. You have to practically grab her arm to prevent her from leaving the door to ask questions. Then my wife almost died on the table because they gave her too much epidural for the pain from the pitocin they cause. My wife wasn't dilating quick enough so that's why they introduced the pitocin which ultimately led to an unwanted C-section but our baby came out healthy and beautiful because God is good. The stress from the pitocin caused our baby to flip and get tangled up in the umbilical cord which is why the C-section was necessary. Took away my experience to pull my baby out naturally simply because I was sold pitocin.

Became a new patient today, and I couldn't thank them enough for their time. All I wanted was for a Dr. Obiekwe to listen and actually help me especially with my current health issues. Doc as I like to call her, has done more in one visit then Lee OB did in ONE visit themselves. A huge positive vibe in the whole office, and I felt welcome. Anyone who says bad about this place clearly has not paid enough attention to how they TRULY treat their patients, new or not. I thank them for their time and help. Cause this is a place where you can get your answers for your issues. Thank you Premier OBGYN.

I don't know how it is possible that Dr. Obiekwe and her staff don't have 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s. She is by far the best GYN I have EVER seen in my 54 years. Thanks to a divorce and insurance change, I have been a patient of hers for 2 years. This is one reason why I have a huge respect for her and her whole staff: I had been experiencing some issues with some "later in life woman problems" for a couple of years and was at my wits end. I called her office and a man with a Nigerian accent answered the phone. I know this because he had the same accent as Dr. Obiekwe and, I know that she is from Nigeria. 😉 He was so kind and listened to me ramble on about my menopausal moments. He must've thought I was a crazed woman because he called Dr. Obiekwe at the hospital and told her that she needed to call me ASAP...lol. She knew I wasn't in danger once he explained because she and I have talked about these "things" before. She finished her work at the hospital and then back to her office building where she saw patients all day. Before she left the office to go home, I received a phone call from her around 8pm that night. This doctor doesn't stop. She puts all of her heart, energy and soul into treating her patients well. Her staff always seem to remember me because of stories I have shared with them about my travels. 😊
I highly recommend Dr. Obiekwe for anyone looking for an OB/GYN or anyone who isn't happy with their current one. Thank you Dr. Obiekwe and staff, for taking excellent care of me and my falling apart body, for 2 years now. 😊😊😊

Rude, don't listen to her patients. Always in a rush in and out rm quickly. No time to discuss your health or whats going with your body.

I decided to give this doctor a chance even though the reviews were low. I quickly learned the reviews are accurate however. I had to wait over two hours just for the doctor to be in the room for about 5 seconds. My concerns were basically not addressed at all. I also feel like the doctor didn’t trust me when I was asked personal questions. This was my first visit to the OBGYN and the doctor did not even explain any of the exams being performed. Once the exam was finished, I was informed that I would have to drive 20 minutes to get an ultrasound and blood work. This was after already wasting 3 hours of my day. I was charged a $20 copay for basically nothing. I am borderline traumatized and will not be revisiting this office.

My experience was in 2021 and had such a horrible time I am coming back now, 3 years later to write a review. Came into this office as a 19 year old pregnant and worried. I waited for at least 90min to be in a room with Dr.O for less than 9 minutes. She performed a pap-smear (no OBGYN I am yet to meet understands why she did this) on me without providing any explanation as to what was going on or what to expect. She very dismissively told me I needed to go to EAMC for a "confirming ultrasound" because there was no heartbeat on her ultrasound. Within 9 minutes of her entering the room she had given me all that, and left. None of the nurses could provide me any information as to what she meant by needing another ultrasound. Later that afternoon, at EAMC an ultrasound is performed by a tech and this tech shares with me how she has "at least" 3 women in the hospital with the same exact story coming from Obieke's office scared and confused EVERY DAY. She explained she has absolutely no idea what kind of practice she is performing, but she never recommends I do back. Needless to say, I never went back and I will NEVER recommend anyone else to.

Do not go please DONTTTT THE WAIT TIME IS OVER AN HR AND Also I feel as if you are taking on so many patients for greed like is she a Obgyn or a health care provider for older women (not saying I have anything against that but us pregnant women are important so are our babies ) EVEN IF YOU Have an appointment before others u will wait longer I think they like doing that just to see if person would just leave cause I was their for going on 2 hours appointment was at 9:40 she didn’t call me back till 11:20 that’s just crazy ! And her visits are only like 5 minutes she can’t do anything ! Ultrasounds / glucose/ Testings! The only thing they do is take blood pressure! And listen to baby heart beat and I have two other kids never in my life was my visit everrrr short like that without seeing my child at least on ultrasound it’s like why and what is my Medicaid paying for ! And she refers u to other doctors it’s just so much of a hassle for a women to be pregnant and having to do all this to help you keep business that’s not professional or good at all ! It’s actually disrespectful! Also couldn’t tell me my gender ! I had to go to a hospital this is my worst nightmare trying to find another Obgyn as i type this !
