When my mother's wheelchair needed replacement in a hurry, most places either had to order one or had "deals" that were way higher than I expected. When I called Norbrook they had choices to try in stock at the store. I headed over, tried the chairs, picked one, liked the price, and took it home. Easy purchase and great service in the store. Great customer service! They are very caring and professional. I called to verify their hours for Saturday because I wasn’t going to arrive until 5:00 PM when they were closing. They told me to come through anyway. I placed my order over the phone and they had it ready when I arrived. You don’t find this type of customer service anymore. Thank you again! My mom will be so happy when I arrive with the things that she needs.

Finding this place was a godsend for my wife and I. Although the prices can be moderately high in comparison to other locations nearby or online, I would still highly recommend purchasing from here.
