Terrible experience! They never replied to multiple calls over 4 days for assistance until I left a message that I was returning the machine that was not working for me. I live a long distance from them and made an appointment. When I got there the therapist was not there and they did not know when she would arrive. They had one of their clerical employees try to help. If you are looking for a good experience this is not the place to go to.

Impossible to get a human on the phone I don't care what time you call. You can only leave a message and then no one calls you back. I have heart failure and explained on message that it was important to have someone call me back. It fell on deaf ears.

And when the mask was not working well for me she replaced it.

Great place with friendly staff. Live in Lake Havasu, AZ but was visiting friends in Coeur d’ Alene and needed a part for my CPAP machine. Called and spoke to Sarah and she said they had what I needed. Dropped in later in day and asked for Sarah who greeted me with a friendly smile, turned around and picked up a bag with the part in it ready to go. Excellent customer service! 👌

Braxton is a good guy and very knowledgeable. I stay at this business because of people like Braxton and other great staff. Norco is the best oxygen supply place around. Sarah is a magical person she was the only person who could figure out why my regulator was leaking oxygen, now I can go back to breathing for an hour instead of 15 minutes due to a leaky tank. Sarah is the Angel of Norco. Also, new update! My cannula would kink in my backpack. Mark, the cda manager, saw it and came with a plan with a 1225-0 connector. See my attached photos.
