I have been using a CPAP since 2003. I have dealt with NORCO since about 2020. They have been very responsive to all of my needs over that time. I specifically spent some time today (13 Dec 2024), on the phone with Kandi Van Leeuwen, and she proved once again that positive customer experiences are the focus of their corporate culture! Terrible communication. My referral from my doctor was sent to them. They called and went over details and said they were submitting the prescription to my insurance. 3 weeks later i hadnt Heard back so i called Them. Only to be told we aren’t in network with your insurance. We can’t help you. Sorry nobody called you. So three weeks later my necessary equipment is still at a stand still and now i had To search for a different company. I had multiple people tell me in that 3 weeks that norco was terrible to deal with. I see This is true. I will Tell everyone i can About how bad they are. Shame on you for not caring about my health. Especially since you are in that field. Sincerely a person who won’t use you ever
