Don’t waste your time with these people. Super rude, can never get order correct. ALSO YOU CAN BUY THE SAME STUFF ON AMAZON FOR 1/2 THE PRICE. SAVE SOME MONEY AND ORDER ON LINE FROM AMAZON. They also say they can’t sell me stuff for my bi pap without a prescription, called Howard’s medical and they can…. Norco is a joke.

My husband was having alot of pain when he used his CPAP machine. It made the inside of his nose VERY SORE. So we called and
Francisco Bonitez for help. He had us come right in and bring his machine. He had him try a different nose piece and head gear. What a change! It works so much better and my husband gets 25-50%more oxygen and the head gear is so much more comfortable. He was so frustrated. Francisco saved the day and he was so helpful. We are grateful to him. He's very knowledgeble and a great asset to your office. Thank you Francisco for the care you take with your clients

If you want to be ripped off this is the place to go! Went in to purchase a knee scooter. Renting one was $100 a month, so I decided to just purchase one. The employee brought out a used model and told me it would be $270 used or $600 new. My fault for not doing my research and buying it for $155 online. Bottom line up front, this is a greedy business.

Norco had my prescription for CPAP machine, since mid October.
December 4, I called to follow up. After talking with a couple different lpersonnel, I felt like I was getting passed around and had no definite answers on status of my CPAP. 6 weeks was too long to wait. Not even a phone call from Norco.
Because of the poor service and no apparent remorse for the delay that their inattentiveness has caused, I will take my business elsewhere.

We have been dealing with Norco for a while now. It has been seamless and they are very professional. Ali promptly came to our home with oxygen when my husband was sent home from the hospital after COVID and gave us great service. He is caring and kind and very knowledgeable. Many thanks Ali!
I just got a new Bi-pap and it was also seamless. Supplies are sent to my home without having to visit the storefront, but I am always helped with a question or problem when I need it. Equipment has been top notch. They call me when I am due for replacements - I don't have to try to remember to call them. I would highly recommend Norco to anyone.

I visited this business on 8-21-2020 feeling frustrated because I needed a mask for my CPAP since mine was broken. I only waited for approximately 5-7 minutes before Kenny was able to help me. I told him that I was in Wenatchee when my mask broke and that I was informed by the Norco there that I needed an order from my doctor and that I couldn't purchase a mask outright.
He took all my personal information down and I showed him the mask that I needed. He was very patient and said that he would try his best to help me. He was able to find me a mask very similar to mine. I also purchased filters for my machine. I felt grateful for his GREAT customer service skills. We talked for a bit and he was so kind. Kenny said that he had all my information now and to just call when I needed to order in the future.
With so many businesses going under I'm glad that this business was open to help me. I'm happy to due my part in frequenting local businesses. Thanks again Kenny for your EXCELLENT customer service skills👍👍👍
