Front office is VERY clean and smells good, however, back office smelled "?" which is unprofessional in my opinion. People have allergies. The doctor I saw for ADHD was kind, professional, listened. They are slow to answer phones from the outside and to return calls. I am just thankful to get a "live" doctor that is in person that I can see as it's very difficult to find these days after the pandemic. With ADHD you need to see the Dr, be monitored on your meds for dose adjustments, etc. Nothing is made easy these days.

They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls, and don’t stay on top of refilling your prescriptions. If you can’t get in touch with them, you’re left without your medication until you manage to schedule an appointment. But how are you supposed to make an appointment if they never answer or call you back?
The doctors are just "ok."

I recently visited North American Mental Health Services and I have to say that I was blown away by the warmth and kindness of their staff. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt incredibly welcomed and at ease. The team there was super helpful and professional, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one.

I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and compassionate everyone was - they truly seemed to care about helping me work through my mental health challenges. Whether you're looking for therapy, counseling, or other mental health services, I would highly recommend North American Mental Health Services. Their team is truly exceptional and I feel so fortunate to have found them.

The front desk is very communicative and helpful.
Aaron Hansen is a pretentious clown . He would text during our sessions, cut our sessions short if I had a hard time opening up and comment on my appearance pretty much every session. Like It felt unprofessional and I can’t believe it took a year to finally cut that toxic therapist out of my life. Ew ew ewww. Hope he reads this. You made me feel uncomfortable so much and you abandoned me when I needed to just feel safe telling someone about my struggles.
