Initially I wondered why my doctor recommended a company located in another town. After the interactions over the space of two years, I know why now. The 'establishing visit' was great, and they routinely call to see if I have supplies. What was a pleasant surprise was the one time I had to physically contact their office. The house they have as office space has been architecturally preserved...including the original oval doorknobs. There is parking on a quiet side street. Yet, they are easy to find...they are one block south of Ford Meter Box.
Recently, I had to research taking my CPAP "camping" (being away from an outlet overnight). The staff was immensely helpful in giving me diverse options. Two other local firms told me "Too much work to bother." NCR is a keeper!

Both my wife and I have had need to use this company. Have not had one bad interaction with them. In every instant they have been professional, courteous and helpful. Went way beond helpful when we had to switch companies due to insurance. Can't recommend them enough!! Don't hesitate to use them.

I would not recommend this company. My 83 yr old mother has had a cpap machine for years and went to routine yearly cpap appt. and was told she needed a new machine. So doctors office ordered a new machine and attachments from NCR, which was not the recent company she had been getting supplies from. They put order through without asking if she had gotten any similar supplies in the last 6 months from any where else. Insurance ended up denying claim, because she did have tubing sent more recent than that from the other place. So my mom is stuck with the bill. Called and talked to them and then asked to talk to the manager. She told me it was my mother's responsibility to have told them she had others supplies sent in the last 6 months. When I told her the doctors office was who ordered it not my mom personally, then she said my mom should have told the technician that brought the items to her apartment. She had a reason for each point I made as to why it was my moms fault not theirs. So they took no responsibility for never asking that simple question and just putting it thru to insurance. So my mom is stuck. Be careful folks! Make sure u know all the right questions to ask when your doctor says u need something, at least from this place, or you may be left holding the bill.
