Receptionist was very abrupt and uncooperative bordering on rude. She eventually said she'd transfer me to the depth I need and then she ended the call. Poorest customer service I've ever received. Actually I can't remember ever treated rudely by a health care facility. I was a nurse for over 40yrs and worked with many many people. Some are just not suited to work in health care or customer service.

I really enjoyed meeting my new Dr. She was very nice and seemed to care about my needs. She took the time out to talk with me, I very much enjoyed that..I always feel that they all care for their patients. Also they all treat you with kindness. Thank you very much.

Somehow someone took my personal experience from this clinic down. My Dr told me everything that I was experiencing was dehydration. She didn't do any tests, I even saved my urine to test to see what's wrong with me, and all she did was belittle me and tell me I'm dehydrated. How would she know that just by sitting in the room across from me? I told her I have something in my throat and she just said it's dehydration. She didn't even bother to check it out. I told her I was self harm and have really bad anxiety and don't want something made in a lab, I want to go natural and she freaked out. She didn't order tests for anything. So that was the last time I went to her. I can't say bad about the reception and my therapist I had, she was wonderful and she left that clinic too. I think my doctor was only in it for the money because she didn't help me at all. If you value your health stay away from this clinic.

This has been the worst healthcare I was tested positive for COVID. They prescribed me a cough syrup that not only is not covered by insurance but was completely out of stock. I spent several hours on the phone. Trying to amend the situation and they told me it was just too bad. I'm out of work and have no income and no means to go get over-the-counter medication. They simply told me to go get something over-the-counter when the Doctor and everyone is aware of my situation, they are not professional.They're not very attentive to the patient needs.
And they need to learn how to handle sick individuals. I have never dealt with such unperfecial medical
staff in my life. Very rude and I will be changing dr

So today was my first time calling in trying to get a primary With them the front desk lady named Gina she was so helpful so nice I really had a lot of questions she had a lot of patience I give her a A+ for being a good helper and I love her way of being she knows how to make your day:)

Have been going to this place for years, but unfortunately, literally have had nothing but issues with them lately.
Should have never gone back after one of the doctors I seen told me that there was no such thing as being allergic to lettuce.

The traveling nurse I saw could careless about my sciatica. I told her I did my pt and it didn't seem to be helping, she looked at me n says, what do you expect me to do for you. To which I replied you're the doctor you tell me. Nothing was resolved, no referral for a specialist, nothing. She chose traveling nurse clearly for the money and not the patient care!
