Just went in and got tooth pulled today, Dr Ellsworth and his assistant were very helpful and pleasant company. This is the first time in my entire life that I've had to Experience this so I was a little anxious but they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and in a well state of mind while they worked. Everything was explained in a way I could understand, they were kind and attentive and made sure to answer all my question with advice that was complete and professional. It was a very good first experience and very comfortable, I appreciated them for helping me through this. Thank you so much!!

Everyone is nice, but I haven't had the best experience here. I lived in a different town, so I video chatted with providers from this clinic. I don't feel like they ever took the time to speak with me during the appointments, as they always appeared to be in a rush. Their policy for not being allowed to write notes for an employer makes no sense, either. They've been prescribing my medication for over a year and they refuse to write a simple note for my employer. Instead, they want me to talk to someone else that they referred me to, but I never saw them and the employer wants to hear from the person prescribing the medication. I also should have never told them that I moved out of state because they immedately deactivated my portal account, so now I can't access my medical records. I hope that my next doctor is more caring.

This is a review for the Dental Office there:

I was told the day before that emergencyappts were "first come, first serve". Also, that Tuesday and Thursdays were reserved for emergencies alone. When I got there only 3 people were infront of me. AFTER I filled out their paper work and waited they THEN told me, "oh, the doctor has chosen NOT to see you today. It's a case by case basis. But it you have a kid that we see you can make an appointment." What a prejudice Jerk! Adults are people too! If I did have children I'd NEVER take them to a dental office that is cold!

The staff are personable and helpful. Their follow through on a referral for diagnostic testing at Summit Radiology has been less than great, but once I made several calls to get the issue resolved (incorrect coding), the appointment was finally made. It took 27 days from time of exam to actually getting in for a diagnostic test which is less than desirable imo. We need to be our own advocates! That said, I added a star after my first review because my PA responded when she was notified of the error, (even though it took more than 2 weeks longer to get in based on what she told me at my initial exam).

This place is amazing everyone is really nice!! The dentist is really nice and knowledgeable! He took care of a problem I had from a previous dentist this week. I've been gone from the office for a few short hours and my mouth already feels loads better!! I'm taking my kids next because they deal with children alot. So that is great and super reassuring! The staff is fantastic as well the lady who checked me in was so nice. She remembered me from the phone and just super friendly so thank you!

This is one time I'd love to give Dr. Brooks & his staff 100 stars!!! There are over 40 miles
between our home and North Country
HealthCare. Lots of road construction that we
had to sit in for over 40 minutes and after the
amazing care my children received today, it was completely worth it! From the day I called to make appointments for seven of our children & the amount of time Brandon in the front office spent finding spots for new patients to having appointments with the first three of them today, I just can't say enough good things. From the moment we checked in till we walked out the door, every person was extremely kind and friendly. Even one of the hygienist from the dental side of the practice came in to check our children's teeth & let us know they offer dental care in addition to medical. Usually when you're starting as a new patient there is an ungodly amount of paperwork to do. Not at this office! It was as short and simple. In 5 minutes I was done with all the paperwork for the three kiddos that has their appointments today. I'm absolutely blown away & beyond impressed with the office, support staff as well as Dr. Brooks. He is so down to earth & great with the kids. We go back tomorrow for the next group of kiddos. If you have children & live in the White Mountains (Arizona) I encourage you to give the office a try. I drove to the valley with my kids in tow for their appointments for over the past year plus because I didn't want to change their pediatrician. That fear went away after getting to meet & watch Dr. Brooks today & seeing how wonderful he is with children.
