Poor Customer Service & I wouldn’t recommend anyone to be selected for dental insurance through them either. I’ve been trying to get my son, daughter & myself an appointment since forever. I always get placed on hold & the phone somehow ends up hanging up. This is the dental office to be exact. I could never get to anyone or to even get scheduled for an appointment cause no one knows where’s the dentist doctor whereabouts or their schedule. Which is odd. I thought they work 8am-5pm but no one knows anything? CRAZYYYYYYY. They’ve told me multiple times to call at the end of each month or to call & see if any appointments been canceled. Why should I have to see if anyone canceled appointments? That’s not my job. I’m fed up because with the insurance I was provided is through them but I can’t even get an appointment scheduled to be seen. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH THEM TO BE SEEN FOR THE DENTIST AREA. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.

I took my Mom to her appatmt 12-09 just to be told they cancelled her apptmt because they don't take her insurance any longer. Instead of contacting one of us or My Mom, I found out when we got there. Another patient told me they did him the same way. Now I am trying to find another doctor to give my Mom the shit she needs to take every month. Just because we were no told until.the day of her apptmt. Sorry excuse for a doctor office😡😡😡😡😡😡

Great dental office. After being dismissed from Bond Community Health center, My kids was able to get an appointment as new patients within a month. Del Carlo went above and beyond to fix my kids mouth, which was full of cavities. I highly recommend this dental office.

I submitted new patient paperwork on 10/21/2022 and was told to call on 10/24/22 to schedule an appt. When I called, I was told that I was not in the system and they could not locate my paperwork. I went to the office to speak with the young lady who took my paperwork and she had a nasty attitude and got snappy with me. I asked to speak with the Office Manager. A young lady went to the back and was gone about 5 minutes and came back with the excuse that the manager went to Wal-Mart. So I did not get any results. Mind you, that was a lot of info to complete and wasted my gas going up there. The young lady that initially took my paperwork clearly does not like her job. She needs to be trained on customer service or stay home because her attitude was not acceptable.

The dental staff here is so kind sweet and generous to me. Each visit I was treated with so much courtesy and kindness ❤️❤️!!! I even feel 80% better than before I came to the clinic. The pay is even flexible to your income. I would recommend Jessica Furlow clinic to any and everyone I know... 5 stars for the dental staff

I really like the doctor I see here as he is very kind, friendly and caring when I see him. This place has great potential, but the office overall is run very poorly and the staff rarely ever answers messages I leave. This includes refill requests when I was told to have the pharmacy send it. After nearly a week of no response or authorization on my prescriptions, I called to check and the lady had a horrible attitude and specifically said they were tired of being bothered and was sending the prescriptions right now.

I wouldn't have to "bother" anyone if my messages would be responded to. I even send a few days in advance because I understand they're busy but this place needs to seriously be checked into on how they run the office and desperately need to consider new office staff with better attitudes! Otherwise, except for all that this is a nice clean establishment and the doctors themselves are great!

Honestly, this medical office is okay. The one thing that bothers me a lot though is that they want you to come in and schedule an appointment for everything. Like you cant even request a prescription for birth control without an appointment. When I know plenty of people that just call their doctor and they receive the birth control. I know it has to just be a money thing, because why? There is literally no other reason you want people to come in just to talk for 30 seconds and send them home.

Hope if you're a new patient you can wait at least 3 weeks to be seen as they do not have enough slots for new patients. Even then cannot even schedule that appointment because that particular doctor only schedules 2 weeks out so I have to call back in 10 days and hope that slot is still available. Not much of a small town doctors office if you ask me. Plan on switching as soon as possible!
