Unfortunately just because you pay your bill at the office the amount told. They can change that after you leave. I'm a cash payer no insurance paid what i was told the visit was and left 2 weeks later i was told i owe additional money. Not the way to do business.

Edit: very sick and hurting and need to find out whats wrong. Told yesterday to call at 8 am to fit me in.. when I calk "oh we have no space." I'm sick right now not 2 months from now. So much for "helping and healing."
Calling right now and they just opened so Had to make an appointment in order to refill a prescription. The appointment got made a month after the prescription ran out. Finally make it right on time and im waiting for 2 hours to be seen. Why make me come up here at a certain time if you're obviously not ready to see me? The appointment was for 2:45 and its nearly 4:30 and im still waiting. Wtf. The place closes in 40 minutes. Am I even gonna be seen?

Wonderful experience
Very professional and caring staff.
The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile 😊. Confirmed my information and got me signed in quickly. The nurse called me back and completed all my vitals; and had me waiting for the doctor in no time.
The nurse practitioner has excellent bedside manner. She explained my medical needs in detail so that I could understand.
The office manager was kind,warm, & caring. She came to the waiting room and said good morning to all the patients. This is by far one of the Best facilities in all of Madison, Florida. It's clean and inviting.

I would recommend anybody the staff there are great they get you signed in and take care of you very quickly long as I’ve been going there. I never had any problems with that doctors office, Erica was very nice polite to me today, Dr. Robinson never told me anything wrong so yeah, five stars from me.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✊🏾

Went there for my first visit today. They were quick on getting me back. And I was extremely pleased at how Kayla went over everything with me, I was not rushed at all. She covered all my concerns and then some.
