If I could give this place a no stars I would. DO NOT waste your time going here. It’s almost as if they have no clue what they’re doing.

This place is not worth of getting a zero star, it’s better off getting shut down or a whole new staff. I went in running 100.2 fever really really bad cough and sore throat with exhaustion and pounding headache and a little bit of nausea. All they did was run a COVID test and I waited for about 20-25 minutes for that dr. Kwiki just to tell me it was negative and look at my throat and say “oh yeah, upper respiratory infection” no conceded or willingness to do his dang job. Terrible terrible. I’ve been taking the medication he’s prescribed me and it haven’t done anything as I have the same symptoms and a fever. Just shut them down.

They really have no concern whatsoever for anyone alot of talking and cutting up this place needs to be shut down or brand new staff I wouldn't even bring my dog to this place

The one star is for Dr Donald Abele, NOT nurses or other staff. I was bitten by my cat on a Tuesday. As a precaution, I went to a nurse practitioner on Wednesday and started antibiotics. On Thursday (which was thanksgiving) it had gotten worse. Went to north Mississippi medical center. Saw a sweet dr who gave m two shots and a prescription for two new antibiotics. She said to continue with current antibiotics, get the new ones on Friday and start them. However, she said if infection progressed any to come back Friday. It had and we did.

This is where we met dr abele. He was very condescending and indicated we had not followed orders. He said it would have to run it course and I could expect it “to burn.” His overall bedside manner was terrible and inappropriate. Unless necessary I will not be seeing him again. A rude little man.

Again, the other doctors and staff I have come in contact with have always been great. Ive used them a lot with my now deceased mom.

Called about covid testing was immediately told to find a pharmacy on sunday when I told them they are closed they told me the weren't a testing facility and its doctor discretion you get test basicly just trying to discourage me from comeing they are fine getting money for the test but they want you to go buy ur own from Walmart wow. Don't go here this facility should be shut down

If i could give zero stars I would. This place is a band aid shop and a joke. They have no idea what they r doing and will run u a bill up quickly with things that are not even wrong. The staff are ALL RUDE AS HELL!
