Front desk is HORRIBLE!!! Loved the Paula Churchwell & the Male doctor I have seen. But I will never return because the front office is horrible. No phone etiquette 4 phone calls later I showed up in person and Cancelled my appointment. Get new front desk staff. If they read the reviews they would know where the problem is… HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Bad receptionist. Kept on pushing on the fact I was 12 minutes late. By the time I spoke with her it was about 15 minutes. She changed it to 20 minutes late out of thin air. Decided to schedule me one month out. This place is not accommodating and are too computerized. Find a doctor’s office that is more human.

I have been a patient here going on 37 years. Most of that time, I was a patient of Dr. Gordon Hill (until his passing). I now see Dr. Clifford Alprin regularly (and, on the rare occasion that I need to come in for something specific, PA Sarah Brown). I have always been impressed with the staff here. They have all been friendly and done their work professionally. I live over on the northwest side of town, and I've had some colleagues and friends ask why I don't change to a doctor closer to where I live. I always say that if you find a doctor you love, and who you have a long history with, it's worth the extra travel time. Thank you!

I am sharing this on my husbands google page! We have both been patients at this practice under Dr. Gordon Hill! we had been with him since he started his practice, we were all 27 yrs. old! we were devastated when heard of his accident!
we have been with Dr. Clifford Alprin or PASarah Brown since that time! I have been with P. A. Brown more & I can’t say enough good things about her professionalism & always listens to your problems!

Receptionist was extremely rude. I was not aware that as new patients you should be early but I didn’t know they wouldn’t see you at all if you were only a few mins late. Decided to not come back at all. And based off the other reviews, its a great choice to find a new physician.

Twice l was sent for labs, one blood work, one chest x-ray and both times the requests for the work was not sent in by the office. Sorry to say l will need to find another doctor. I do not have the time to waste going back and forth getting them to do their job correctly.

I love PA Churchwell and recommend her to everyone I know. She pays excellent attention and does everything possible to help get a resolve without making you feel crazy lol Her MA is awesome and they always reply to portal messages in a timely manner. The wait time is reasonable, not sure where people think Drs visits should be like fast food in and out in 15 min. Honestly, that would be scary for me to be seen in a factory type of way. I get it some people got more going on than others but one day you can be there too so show medical workers some compassion. The only thing I would change is ability to schedule online for her, I only have the option of brown and sandercock.
