Unbelievable level of unorganized! Make an appointment for 2:30, waiting in car. Finally called at 4 and told them i was done waiting. Was told they had more than just me that was sick lol. There were 2 other cars in the lot waiting and they hadn't been seen either. Second chance and they blew it.

They were to open at 7:30. I arrived at 7:15. There was three others also waiting by 7:30. At 7:40 I tried calling, no one answered. When another patient pulled in by 7:41, I decided to leave and go to the one in town Scottsboro. They opened as 8, as they say. There were several people already waiting there as well.

They have an issue with lying.... Say they will do one thing one day and something different the next. Only nurse practitioners working at the location and each one has different beliefs (which they should all go by the same policy). I really could rant on about this forever on the episode I’ve had with them this week, but just to make a long story short I won’t be going back and neither will my family.

This place is a absolute joke what ever happened to the days of actually talking to a doctor. This is just my opinion but the only thing this place is good for is a school or work excuse. Friendly staff is the only positive thing I can say about it
