Very unprofessional place.. worst place ever!!! Lack of communication. Makes you drive 30 mins and for them to cancel me right there. They can’t even call you to cancel. I still don’t know how this place is open.. oh and that male guy that works up front be having an attitude. Chitchatting like a female with the other females when theirs people waiting to check in. Best believe they’ll leave you standing for 5 mins until they’re done with their chisme.

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE !!! If there was a negative -1 I would have put it. This is such an unprofessional clinic. My appointment was at 1:30 pm we arrive 20 mins before and I’m and I am still waiting to be called 3 hours into WAITING. They have not token vital or anything. The clinic is completely empty and they dont seem to be doing anything here . I ask how long more and their answer is always 5 more mins or we are getting the room ready . This makes me so upset and frustrated. They don’t care about the patients here .

Nobody picks up the phone when you're trying to schedule or reschedule a appointment.
Might as well find a different clinic to go to

Don’t come here is a bad office. They don’t like to work and the appointments are a very complicated. They refer you to other Doctors and expect you to do the whole process is just horrible. I am sick and If I switch clinic it would messed up my whole process. But if it wasn’t for this I would move right away. Is very disappointing to be dealing with problems while you’re sick. Is just frustrating to not have good reliable Doctor staff at this clinic.

3 times in a row I had appointments and they made me wait 4 hours for the 1st time then the second time they made me wait 2 hours just for blood drawn fasting.then the 3rd time they said I had to wait because we were 3 minutes late. So they would not see my daughter until someone cancel an appointment.

You can have a confirmation on an appointment and then it will not be confirmed. They gaslight you saying that wasn't your appointment even if you had multiple confirmations. It can be a while for an appointment and the doctor changes frequently you might not have the same doctor for the next visit so the new doctor would want new tests done. The other location in Florence is even worse. It's ridiculous. You can't wait inside for an appointment because of distancing but the space can allow many people inside. It sucked way before COVID even started. It's a mess and waste of time. It sucks since I had a good doctor. I've had a few horrible ones here. One didn't explain the medication right and I had a horrible unnecessary experience with it that another new different doctor had to explain. So messy & horrible in these NCC.

This clinic use to be good at one point of time. They've made so many changes that help themselves out but not the patient. Before, I could feel sick and go, now I need an appointment to get sick. They give you the run around around when it's time for you prescriptions. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come to this place. Your better off at home than coming here. You can be dying and they still leave you waiting even if the clinic's empty. They all have bad way of helping. I've been without my meds for 2 weeks now. I'm just going to make the switch in clinics today.

I have been on the phone for literally a bit over half an hour just to schedule an appointment and they have just picked the phone up and put it back on hold without saying a word 3 times by now.
