Had horrible experience at this health center today. Employees at windows have zero empathy towards customers. My husband and I took time off from work, drove almost an hour to get there and have our blood tested for TB, but were refused to receive the service because we left home 1 (totally senseless in this situation) document. Even though there’s no clear list of required documents at all! Nowhere on their website or anywhere else! When we offered to show missing document on the smartphone or email it to them - they just refused! Despite they have computers and printers! Healthcare industry exists to help people, but looks like in this center all they want to do is produce bureaucracy and give zero f*cks about people. Total disappointment and waste of time and gas🤦🏻‍♀️

The employee working at window number 2 at this location did not provide me with professional service and was quite rude in the way she addressed me. I recommend that these workers be monitored and evaluated more regularly to avoid making these mistakes in the future.

ONLY FOR IMMIGRANTS. One of the staff members passing through on her break was kind enough to talk with me and share that I need to go to the one on 45th street. Heads up for anyone else looking for services who is not an immigrant.

El día de ayer 2 de octubre asistí a mi cita para continuar el proceso de vacunaron q comencé en el.mes de febrero, pues en ese momento estaba embarazada. El 14 de febrero me hicieron el chequeo medico inicial para detectar la inmunidad y ver q vacunas necesitaba, ese mismo día al estar embarazada me comunicaron q no podía vacunarme, que luego de tener al.bebe solicitara una cita y me presentara con mi tarjeta no me entregaron los resultados de los estudios, eso hice y ayer me.comunicaron que no me podían vacunar porque habían pasado los tres meses establecidos y porque no tenía el resultado de mis estudios, el cual no me entregaron. Tengo la culpa haber estado embarazada en ese momento y de además no contar con el record de los.analisis por no haberlo ellos entregado? Record que tienen y que me mostraron en la computadora.. así mismo.me dijo la persona que me atendió "lamento que haya sido un error de ñ trabajo de otra persona pero sin esos papeles no te podemos.vacunar.. sin palabras luego de estar desde la 1:30 pm hasta casi las 5pm con un bebe de meses

La atención es pésima y más si hablas español, no hacen ni dan las indicaciones completas, y el trato es bastante grosero para los inmigrantes, lo peor del caso es que después te reclaman ellos por sus malos trabajos.
