I wish I could give a zero. I have been left without refills of my medications SIX TIMES. That's six times that I've had to go without medications I need, and six times I've had to go through withdrawals. My therapist has called them repeatedly. I've called and left messages for the director (he never called me back). There is one medication that they refuse to give me refills for. So, every 4 weeks, I have to skip several days to a whole week of my medication because no one will refill it. And I contact them to request refills well in advance (1-2 weeks before I'm out). This is unethical and I humane. I tried to switch to a different provider within Northeast, but at a different location. Well, that's been "in process" for about 3 months, lol

This whole system is a joke, but Attleboro is by far the worst location to deal with. At this point, I'm just going to have to go without my medications until I get into a new psychiatrist and get the intake done all over again.

Great team of Doctors and Staff. The Front Desk staff is very pleasant and attentive. I feel I’m always treated with respect and kindness. Steven Robinson is an excellent Therapist/Psychologist. He is very compassionate, caring, and kind. Listens to everything I need to talk about and has been tremendous in helping me through my grief.

INACCURATE CHARGE INFO
After being explicitly told that I would not be charged for my visit (that it would be covered in full by insurance) and asking for confirmation, I was then billed for $300 after my appointment. This was after weeks of communication with my insurance and many providers. They provided completely inaccurate information over the phone, so be sure to get anything in writing beforehand if this is a concern.

Additionally, as I was seeking psychiatric services, I was met with the equivalent of an "are you depressed" questionnaire during my meeting, rather than an individualistic assessment of needs. I will not be going back and don't recommend that anyone else does.

Always feel safe and heard here. The therapists are professional and curtious as is the reception desk and the providers, nurses. Been going on 10 years here in Attleboro. I've received the best mental health treatment compared to others in the past. They make a huge difference and really care.

The new director said he cared and took my health seriously. In desperate need to find a therapist and prescriber that fits me. I left him a voicemail for help. Said to call me back anytime. Not only did he never call me back but the front desk stopped taking my calls & this is after I thought we were on really good terms.
Really disappointed seeing as how I was here before any of them were. Been going to this location for over 8 years.
Every good prescriber leaves this facility. Wonder why. Considering I guess I’m their only issue.

At least Becky helped me with transfers and called me back u like fake Sean & front desk laia & mark were always nice and did shit quick. But na for some reason you guys have a lot of issues and have the nerve to judge someone like me like I’m the one with the issue. Funny how all your terrible reviews are from after the switch off but no it’s just me I guess. Thanks again Sean.

I suppose this is due to insurance requirements rather than a plan to frustrate clients on the part of NHS,however, I tried to procure a prescription and was denied that. I stated my main reason for being in therapy but the emphasis seems to be on planning than addressing needs. That undermined the ability to move forward.

I have been with Northeast health for a while now. I have moved with my doctor to 3 different locations. I have to say Attleboro has to be the worst one! It takes forever to get prescription refills and they just reschedule your appointment without notifying you!.

I went to Northeast Health, and it was a great experience. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time in therapy, but the psychologist made me feel comfortable and really listened to me. She was patient and understanding, which made the session go smoothly. Overall, I would highly recommend Northeast Health to anyone looking for support. It was a positive experience, and I look forward to continuing my sessions.
