Absolutely ridiculous place. Randomly decided I didn't need to be on a med anymore that helped me quite a bit. Wanted to go 'by the book' on weaning off and acting like they were doing ME a favor by not going nearly as fast as they originally suggested.

Very willing to work with me when I said I wanted to change therapists but then when I decided I actually wanted to leave Northeast, that's when communication with the director become impossible despite them telling me they'd help me find a new one and take care of me while I did.

I had no impression anyone there actually cared about patients. Avoid if possible.

I’ve been seeing Gabi since September 22 after 5.5 years relationships ended. They offered video and in person sessions! I’ve done solely video sessions due to my busy schedule! I’m still in therapy and I enjoy it!

It took me several years to finally find a therapist that I feel comfortable with. I’ve been with mine for almost 2 years now. I definitely recommend NE Health Services but always go with your gut till you find the right therapist for you.

So I had met with a woman named Gabi about a year or so ago and saw her for several months, which went exceptionally well up until about the last month or so. Especially during one of our last sessions, when she was trying not to laugh at me while I was struggling to get words out. When I confronted her of this, her response was, “I don’t normally laugh at things that I don’t find funny”. Aka, not confirming OR denying what she did. So needless to say, I stopped seeing her immediately. Other than that, I’ve had mostly a positive experience with this practice.

While I've had great experiences with the actual psychologists/psychiatrists here, I've now had two psychiatrists leave, and the practice never called to tell me. Thankfully, my most recent psychiatrist told me in an appointment that she was leaving, but the one I had a year prior left when I was between visits, and when I went to log into my virtual meeting...she didn't show. When I called the office, they informed me she left.

I've been quite pleased with my therapists. (I left and came back after a few years which is why I had 2)
My current is awesome. He's (Chase) REAL and doesn't make me feel "judged". Staff is also very nice!
